One dead, two wounded in shooting involving South Beach eviction case
A man being evicted from a South Beach condominium complex apparently opened fire Monday morning. Details remained sketchy at noon, but police may have returned the gunfire, striking the man.
Miami Herald news partner CBS4 is reporting that one person died in the shooting at 465 Ocean Drive, according to Javier Otero, assistant Miami Beach fire chief.
CBS4’s Gary Nelson reported from the scene of the shooting that a Miami-Dade Police officer was on the second floor with a locksmith attempting to perform an eviction when shots rang out.
Police haven’t released the names of those involved in the shooting.
The locksmith, whose name has not been released, was taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Ryder Trauma Center.
The name of the tenant who opened fire has not been released, nor has his condition.
The police officer was apparently injured in the melee that ensued. His injuries did not appear to be serious, WSVN-Channel 7 is reporting.

They lie, they lie, they lie!
The banks lie about everything to everyone every single time!
The latest is the one on the MERS website, the search for your servicerid, you know?
Yes the kicker on that site is the reason they are so helpful and tell you that you need to be able to reach your servicer and should KNOW WHO YOUR LENDER IS, as well as your servicer.
They sound so caring and concerned bout YOU. This from the same people who are stonewalling and blocking people FROM FINDING OUT WHO OWNS YOUR MORTGAGE!
I’M SO DISGUSTED WITH THEM, LIKE THE RED QUEEN SAID: “OFF WITH THEIR HEADS!”
Look at what they put up on the page…
WHY DO YOU NEED TO KNOW THE IDENTITY OF YOUR SERVICER?
There are three reasons why you must always keep track of the identity of your Servicer:
Your Servicer is responsible for handling any questions you have about your mortgage loan. Payoff amount? Contact them. Taxes and hazard insurance? They should have that information too. Check your payment booklet. Do you see a toll-free number you can call or a website you can access?
Your Servicer is also responsible for collecting your payment. To avoid late fees and potential fraud, make sure you are sending your payment to the correct Servicer.
If you are unable to make the payments on your mortgage and wish to negotiate the terms of your loan, you may only do so with your Servicer. Contrary to popular belief, it is your Servicer and not the lender that can negotiate the terms of the loan with you.
strike these banker bast#rds, and strike them hard
Why are you so upset?
Obama swore to execute the Constitution of the USA.
He did. No it’s dead.
Sad?
It is like a Greek Tragedy.
But there isn’t a Chorus at the end to give you catharsis.
You may rest in peace.
And the flea jumping to another dog…
Out-of-control police enforcing big banks whims, yet another violation of our rights. Add it to the list of gov’t violations of our right:
They violate the 1st Amendment by placing protesters in cages, banning books like “America Deceived II” and censoring the internet.
They violate the 2nd Amendment by confiscating guns.
They violate the 4th and 5th Amendment by molesting airline passengers.
They violate the entire Constitution by starting undeclared wars for foreign countries.
Impeach Obama and sweep out the Congress, except Ron Paul.

America Deceived II (book)
IF THIS IS WHAT GOING GLOBAL MEANS THEN WE DONT WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT.
Note to self: Choose a career besides locksmith or policeman.
good lets all fight back. fuck the banks and there goons
This is geting worst and worst and more Bizzare, Now police officers are evicting too? mmm??
SOUTH BEACH??? Obviously this was a pissed off Gay in a twisted love triangle.
HEY FLOGGMAN, YOU ARE AS OFFENSIVE AS THEY COME!
so the man shoots and intruder and the police murder him>???
Something’s not right about this.
Since when do municipal police officers do evictions? I thought that was the sheriff’s job.
That’s correct … ya’ might be onto something here.
