I think, if we want to bring down the Big Banks and Mers, a MAJOR NATIONAL CAMPAIGN should be waged in each state, for class action suits from each respective state’s citizens to seek the recovery of lost revenue to our county coffers. If lawyers across the country would do this, pro-bono, they could possibly re-coop their fees and garner the lost revenue back to the counties. An effort like this would tie-up, expose, and embarrass MERS and the banks and possibly halt all foreclosures!
I know we are all facing our own battles against the banks, but the bigger picture would be if all the states started these suits, on behalf the citizens, it could so cripple the banks they would not be able to function against us! I am putting this thought out there, for others to ponder. Can you imagine the implications of multiple state class actions against the banks from all 50 states? Just a thought…….
Isn’t it about time the citizens in each state start CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS against MERS and the crooked Banks for the hundreds of thousands of dollars in lost revenue to our county coffers? They have committed grand theft against all the taxing authorities in respective counties! This really irks me, beside everything else they have been doing!
The public in every county is getting charged higher and higher fees for county services, so we are paying for shortages in revenue every where we turn!
How do we bring class action lawsuits against this? How can this be pursued? Any thoughts?
DID YOU KNOW HERE IN FLORIDA THEY CALLED FOR NEIGHBORS TO TURN ON NEIGHBOR BY REPORTING CODE VIOLATIONS? THEY ARE INVENTING THINGS NOW TO GET MORE REVENUE EVEN IF IT HURTS HOMEOWNERS GOING THRU CRISIS DURING THIS DEPRESSION AND I CALL IT WHAT IT IS.
