Michael Redman would like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

We thank all of you who read this site and who have helped make it one of the most popular sites on the internet regarding the foreclosure debacle caused by the biggest Ponzi scheme the world has ever seen which actually originated in the back rooms of the United States CONgress.

4closureFraud.org is about the sharing of information and information is power. Power in the hands of the people. But people are needed to read and act. 4closureFraud.org has some of the most active readers and motivators on the internet. We all just don’t talk about it on the internet, we take it to the “streets” and make things happen. So, thank you – all of you – who read this site, tell people about the site and who actively get involved in this fight.

I personally want to thank all of the members of the Tricounty Foreclosure Defense Attorneys who meet every month to try and make sense of what is going on in the courts and to discuss and devise strategies to fight back. Next year we hope to be introducing the readers of 4closureFraud.org to the attorneys associated with the Tricounty Foreclosure Defense Group, which actually extends beyond the tricounty area.

Michael and I would also like to personally thank all the unsung hero’s in this fight against the banks, lenders, servicers, wall street, judges and the legislators who seek to take homes away from American Citizens without due process of law. There are many attorneys and others who are unknown to the readers of the this site and other sites who are the backbone of this fight. These attorneys and others do not have popular blogs or go around advertising their name but from the very beginning they have been the originators of many a good pleading, argument or strategy that have been used, implemented and even “ripped off” by many other attorneys. Frankly that is how foreclosure fraud fighters and defense attorneys have been able to build viable foreclosure defenses. We work together and share everything. So, thank you to all the warrior lawyers and foreclosure fraud fighters who are fighting the good fight, honestly, and with righteous anger.

Additionally we would like to thank all of the reports across the country, actually across the globe, that have begun to write about foreclosure fraud, fraudulent documents, robo-signers, robo-judges, robo-courts, robo-verifiers, technicalities (felonies), lender break-ins, securitization, and the injustices and loss of constitutional rights happening to American Homeowners nationwide. There are so many reporters who have come to our aid that we can not name them all, you all know who you are, and thank you. This is fraud well done and we, who are in this fight, need all of you reporters to assist in this fight. It will be the most important fight of our lifetimes. So, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! If you need anything just let us know. 4closureFraud.org is here to help in any way we can.

Additionally we would like to wish a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all of the bloggers/site owners out there who are the sources of many of the articles posted on this site. These blogs/sites are invaluable to winning this war. Thank you Lynn Szymoniak of Fraud Digest, Yves Smith of Naked Capitalism, Attorney Matt Weidner of Matt Weidner Law Blog, Michael Olenick from Legalprise, Neil Garfield of Livinglies, Tyler Durden at Zero Hedge, Jake Naumer at ForeclosureBlues, Matt Taibbi of Rolling Stone, Karl Denninger Market Ticker, Andy Kroll at Mother Jones, Dinsfl at Stop Foreclosure Fraud, Larry Rubinoff of Foreclosure Detonator, Jack Wright at MSFraud, Richard Zombeck at Shame the Banks, Everyone at the Implodometer, Rob Harrington and friends at Wamu Loan Fraud, Christine at Foreclosure Industry, Ellen Brown at Web of Debt, William Black and Randall Wray over at the Huffington Post, Abigail Field at Daily Finance, Mike Konczal at Rortybomb, David Dayan at Firedoglake, Dylan Ratigan at MSNBC, etc… Plus, a very special thank you and happy new year to a man that has been at this longer than all of us, Nye Lavalle. If we missed anyone, please forgive us… There are many many sites on the world wide web that are the sources of very good information. We try to bring the best to all the readers.

To the professors and scholars for all the work and thought you have put into this, Thank you! You bring so much credibility to the fight. This is so much more than just foreclosures… Again, thank you and Merry Christmas and a Very Happy New Year…

Oh, and one more thing, I would like to extend an extra, extra special, super thank you, mega Merry Christmas and Happy New Year x’s infinity to Lisa Epstein of Foreclosure Hamlet. Lisa Epstein and Michael Redman are – without a doubt – the duo that have changed the way most reporters, legislators, regulators, homeowners, attorneys and the general public view foreclosures, the banks/lenders and the judicial process. When you see Michael, Lisa is not far behind. When you see Lisa, Michael is sure to be there. The magazine, Florida Trend, has included their work in a series of stories which is a part of its 2010 Floridians of the Year! Not to mention their previous front page exposes’ in The Daily Business Review, Housing Meltdown Grassroots effort leads to attorney general probe, Mcclatchy, How 2 Civilian Sleuths Brought Foreclosure Problems to Light or The Washington Post, Florida Activists Read Between the Lines on Foreclosure Paperwork…

So, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone. Again, thank you for following 4closureFraud.org and making it one of the most popular sites in this crisis on the web.
