Iowa AG Miller to Hear Demands for Criminal Prosecutions, Loan Modifications
Hundreds of Iowans meeting Tom Miller to Demand a Strong National Settlement in the Foreclosure-gate Investigation
Des Moines, IA – Following their December 14th meeting with Iowa Attorney General Tom Miller, who is leading the 50-state investigation of the “foreclosure-gate” scandal, over 250 members of Iowa CCI will meet with him again on Tuesday to continue the push for a settlement that will help millions of Americans stay in their homes. They are also expecting a commitment to press criminal charges against bank officials where evidence of fraud and criminal wrongdoing is found. Iowa CCI is part of a coalition of community groups across the country fighting to end the foreclosure crisis.
“Any settlement that does not prevent millions of foreclosures and does not treat criminals like criminals will be seen as a failure by Iowans and by America,” says Mike McCarthy of Des Moines.

A strong settlement will require banks to dramatically increase the number of loan modifications they are doing; include principal reduction as a first line tool before any foreclosure proceeding is initiated; and include remedies for homeowners who have already lost their homes unlawfully.

Facts are facts…look around this country. over 14 million or more illegals being financially supported by the government, Corporations left over the years and took the jobs with them, unemployment beyond disgusting with more job losses everyday, health care not worth even mentioning, a decade of tragedies and ‘wars’ with no real answers given of cause or reason, banks in the hundreds failed while other banks sucked millions from the tax payers as they stuffed their deep pockets with our money..all while the government turned their heads so no one would see the quilt on their face. Money from air flowed into many pockets while the scum was laughing thinking they could not fail, yet their greed and fraud tripped them to fail and the average Joe found the frauds. You play with fire you get burnt. The mortgage fraud was planned years back and known to the financial industry, a plan that was meant to fail for millions of homeowners..with lies so deep it followed into the courts where in most courts the lies and fraud passed as the truth…so justice failed the average Joe too. What is left for this undercover scheme to take from the people of America. We have very little left but we will survive as the winners over evil. Anger runs deep in this country and all officials are aware ot that. No more wristslaping, no more bailouts or fake modifications, no more foreclosures..not until we hear the metal bars clink shut and locked.

If we PAY a modified mortgage, what assurance do we have that at the end of all the payments, we will have a clear title, if the note and mortgage are fraudulent in their inception? We need to all of us sue for quiet title, and the AG’s need to settle for NOTHING LESS than that with the banks for the borrowers who are citizens of the AG’s states. The banks have already gotten their money. If a lender or investor/bank was fool enough to be a party to the mortgage fraud in any capacity, they deserve to lose their money. The borrowers have already been bled dry in most cases, lost their retirement funds and all savings trying to pay the exorbitant fees, high adjusting interest and to fight the foreclosures previously attempted on them. MAN UP AND DO THE RIGHT THING for once, otherwise it is possible the borrowers will have to try to tie the courts up for 100 years or more suing the banks, lenders, investors, assignees, MERS, etc. one at the time. Or maybe another civil war, between the haves and the have-nots is the answer!

Tom Miller and all the proponents of HAMP are con men….. diguising efforts to help banks and mortgage investors as as efforts to help homeowners. You have to read every detail, inspect every clause, watch every action to catch them…. they are masterful con men, the most dangerous kind!

The Iowa CCI are fighters, and will stand up to the banksters .. Send them a support letter , and have them tell Miller to prosecute the criminals .! The banks are buying their way out with the AG’s . Sue your lender !
I certainly wouldn’t put too much hope in the activities of Tom Miller.
A.G. Tom Miller testified:
“To be clear, the States do not believe that every foreclosure is a tragedy that must be avoided. To the contrary, we have consistently stated over the last three years that we are only interested in modifications where the cash flow from the modification exceeds the expected proceeds from a foreclosure sale.”
So, Mr. Miller is saying if a foreclosure is profitable the banks should not give a modification! Does this sound like someone who is interested in homeowners or in the investors in mortgage backed securities?
Following Mr. Millers guidelines, struggling homeowners with equity are to be categorically denied a modification and driven instead, to foreclosure!

This is no time to stop putting pressure on all your elected officials, or engaging others and telling them the truth
about the fraudclosure’s . Those not directly involved hear only bits and pieces and believe the banks B/S that it is only a technicality. The fact is over the last six months there has been more press on this then since the crash.
As pointed out in this story, the banks had bought and paid off those , just as they have all along .
Convince others to demand refi’s and mods at the market price .Then default if they refuse .
Do not use those TBTF banks , use a local credit union, buy local foods from farmers market , it all adds up and we can work together to make the changes that benefit us .

We do not want no stinking loan modifications. Our homes are paid for by us. We purchased our homes for a nominal fee from a Banker dujour so they could make trillions of dollars off of our paid off collateral up on Wall Street in the BIGGEST PONZI SCHEME KNOWN TO MAN. The banksters want to call it a draw but the Shadow Government, that is right, the Mastermind Illuminati New World Order control freak assholes behind the scenes won’t let them. I am not convinced Miller will do anything. I am not convinced the 50 AG will do anything. They might collect a few hundred million but they will make it hard for any people in default to get any ot it, They will keep giving it to those trying to get HAMP deals. I have yet to see where any of this money is getting down on the street level to those who just want a mortgage reduced to the present appraisal price, reinstament without penalties, and not having to pay all those back fees and interest. I think the AG will give nothing to all those in foreclosure except a few trying to get a HAMP deal. Until I hear the right talk I will not believe in what I hear.
We have a foreclosure economy. This is the worst thing that’s ever happened to our country.
I hope the judges start giving the houses to the borrower, better than having someone on the street and they’ve made their money in fake fees. That goes for all property owners. This could have been someone’s inheritance.
