Illinois’ top court forms foreclosure commission
The Illinois Supreme Court on Monday announced the formation of a special committee to investigate the fairness of mortgage foreclosures in Illinois and perhaps change the rules that govern the process.
Among the areas to be investigated are the different rules and procedures concerning how foreclosures are handled in different counties as well as legislative proposals pending in the Illinois General Assembly that may impact mortgage foreclosures. The committee also is charged with making recommendations regarding foreclosure rules that could be implemented statewide.
Speeding up the foreclosure process isn’t the committee’s priority, said Supreme Court Justice Mary Jane Theis. Rather, the committee will focus on improving the system so homeowners better understand the court process while the court also determines how to best deal with allegations of unreliable fraudulent documentation in cases.

i had just about enough. we boughtt hese homes because we were groomed to buy these homes. its called the mortgage intrest deduction. OK…..when we lose a job or get sick…in the past….you were able to sell your home and move on……………we are in a situation where we CAN NOT SELL THESE HOMES…..we did not but more than we coudl afford. because all of the sub prime mortgages defaulting becuase they could not sell hteir homes brought the economy down and we lost our jobs…………………now those of us with the a-1 credit, high 700’s since credit scores existed now have F credit and we are mostly in our 40-50-and 60’s we are responsible adults who can NOT SELL THE HOME. we have an unfair advantage over the owners of these notes. we did not cause the economy to div eor cause over appraisals, why is it our resposibility to bay the differnece if we can NOT SELL THE HOME. i despise dead beat if you cant SELL THE HOME what can you do. and my favorite trying to modify these mortgages is…………..they keep LOSING THE PAPER WORK enough already of this b-ll sh-t

@enough already of this B-ll sh-t: We have to let them know the only fair deal for homeowners we will accept will be FULL LOAN RECISSIONS. Then, MAYBE we will not seek a GIANT MONETARY REIMBUSMENT from the FRAUDSTERS for INTENTIONALLY DEFRAUDING HOMEOWNERS IN THEIR PONZI SCHEME HEIST by THEIR FRAUDULENT INDUCEMENT OF THE MORTGAGE for a loan that never existed and then the TRILLIONS they made off of OUR COLLATERAL up on WALL STREET by wildly speculating/gambling on every aspect of these FRAUDULENT MBS’s.
