Another steep dive in foreclosure filings
The stranglehold on foreclosures tightened during March in Southwest Florida, with filings dropping 30 percent from an already slow February and by 75 percent from a year ago.
Once one of the top four states in the country in foreclosure filings per household, Florida dropped to No. 8 in March, behind Nevada, Arizona, California, Utah, Idaho, Georgia and Michigan, according to data from RealtyTrac, an Irvine, Calif.-based firm that tracks the phenomenon.
Florida courts processed 19,710 foreclosure actions last month, up 5 percent from February but down 66 percent from March 2010.
Across the country, 239,795 cases were processed, a 6.5 percent increase from February, but a 35 percent drop from March 2010, when RealtyTrac counted the highest number of cases since it began tracking foreclosures in January 2005.

are advertised.
Here in my Country every week the list of new cases filed or SALE DATES get shorter & shorter.
It gave me so much relief & pleasure to see that BOA listed ONE-yes just one !
After looking up a few cases -they involve vacant or non-homestead properties.
BOA was leading the pack -the listings used to require an entire page-now there are very few.
That is as close as it will get to a moritorium.
Servicers know the Judges will not and can no longer tolerate their “Falsified Docs”.
Finally our Judicial System seems to have had enough & cannot be manipulated further as the Banks have been doing for years.
Just take a look at your local newspapers or Clerks Dockets for your County. I bet our Judges feel the difference too and I wonder if they will take the extra time to determine which cases they unfailry foreclosed on. The rocket dockets have slowed to a snails pace here.
During the depression the states imposed a moratorium on foreclosures and enacted legislation prohibiting def. judgements. That’s what we need to start pushing for here in Florida. The situation is even more dire than in the great depression. The courts are overwhelmed and defendants in foreclosure cases are not given due process. The ACLU has filed a suit regarding the lack of due process in Lee County. The court dockets in Florida are jokingly referred to as the “rocket dockets”. The Plaintiff banks and there attorneys are falsifying evidence in foreclosure cases. If we continue to allow foreclosures there will be more property with clouded titles. The courts are overwhelmed and we need to do an overhaul of the court system. Dumping foreclosures on the market is causing the price of real estate to fall. There are questions as to what to do with the numerous pending cases that were abandoned and the attorneys have not withdrawn, such as in the case of David Stern, who is no longer involved in foreclosure litagation. Twenty percent of the properties in Florida are vacant. Why do we need to continue to foreclose and throw people out in the street when there are already too many vacant properties out there. Moreover, these vacant properties are causing a strain on city budgets. It is also my belief that the unemployment rate is much higher than what they claim it to be. Many people have just given up on finding a job. People want to pay their bills, but there are not enough jobs,

Then they could show how they deceived us into thinking we were buying a home and how they fraudulently induced a mortgage and made us think that we owed someone this money when in reality these loans never existed. The TRUTH IS HIDING IN PLAIN SIGHT IN THE ORIGINATION FRAUD. Then after gathering investors like the peoples pension funds and creating all kinds of different mortgage derivative they created a GIANT HOUSING BUBBLE, they robbed the stock market silly and hid all of that wealth in overseas investments or bankster accounts, and completely collapsed the economy. THE NEW WORLD ORDER SPREAD OUR WEALTH AROUND THE GLOBE. Devastating millions of Americans and causing the mass extinction of millions of the working class, middle class americans jobs and wealth. Then the rampant fraudclosures came, the cover up for the ORIGINATION FRAUD and the FRAUD in the whole of the mortgage loans which included MERS which was invented to cover up for who participated in the WALL STREET MORTGAGE DERIVATIVE SCAM.
All of the mortgage loans were LIARS LOANS, and I do not mean the way they got the loans done. I mean the loans never existed. I t was all an illusion.

There should have been a NATIONWIDE MORATORIUM and a FULL SCALE CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION as soon as the FORECLOSURE FRAUD started appearing in courtrooms across America. Robert Shear who wrote a book entitled “The Great Stick-up of America” was on talk radio last summer and said there needed to be at least a 10 YEAR MORATORIUM ON FRAUDCLOSURES BECA– USE OF THE RAMPANT FRAUD IN THE ENITRE MORTGAGE INDUSTRY. That was right around the time I began hearing about all of the mortgage fraud.

YEAH RIGHT!!! RESCIND OUR FAKE MORTGAGE LOANS, GIVE THE STOLEN MONEY AND THE STOLEN HOMES BACK TO THE PEOPLE.
Maybe they wouldn’t have this problem if they didn’t make thier living off the backs and misery off thier fellow human beings.Besides that the court system was never supposed to become dependent on foreclosures to make thier bills.What a waste.
