Nationwide Title Clearing Named a Tampa Bay Top Workplace by the St. Petersburg Times
Apr. 19, 2011 (Business Wire) — Nationwide Title Clearing has been named as one of the best places to work in Tampa Bay by the St. Petersburg Times. Nationwide Title Clearing was ranked as the #9 mid-sized company on the Tampa Bay’s Top 70 Workplaces 2011 list. The companies were ranked based on leadership, compensation, training, workplace flexibility and diversity.
The evaluation for the Top Workplaces program was based upon anonymous employee feedback surveys administered by a third party. The employees were surveyed about several topics, including practices and policies that make these companies the top places to work.
“We’re honored to have been selected as a top workplace in Tampa Bay,” said Jeremy Pomerantz, Nationwide Title Clearing senior vice president. “We are particularly proud because it is a result of employee feedback. We value our employees and are extremely pleased to see such positive general feedback. In addition to learning the aspects our employees considered most positive, our participation in this program gave us insight into ways we can make our good workplace even better. Most of all, we would like to thank our employees for nominating us as a top workplace and for their contribution to making Nationwide Title Clearing a great place to work.”
Tampa Bay’s Top 70 Workplaces 2011 was published on TampaBay.com, in the April 17th edition of the St. Petersburg Times and on April 18th in tbt* Tampa Bay Times. To view the complete list of the 2011 Top Workplaces in Tampa Bay go to www.tampabay.com/topworkplaces2011.

Per the link above describing how the surveys were conducted:
“Workplace Dynamics, project partner with the St. Petersburg Times, invited 966 Tampa Bay area companies to take part in an examination of the best places to work and surveyed the 131 that accepted. The surveyed companies employ 44,537 people in the Tampa Bay area.
Of those, 37,922 employees received surveys and 24,505 responded. ”
**************
Oddly, 24,503 of the surveys were signed by an employee of Nationwide Title and Clearing by the name of Bryan Bly, who is, apparently, the Vice President of Employee Satisfaction Surveys. In a fortunate robo-signing mishap, the stack of surveys was left on his desk along with thousands of mortgage assignments, cancellations of debt, and other assorted legal documents.
When asked about the questionable surveys and as to whether or not he knew what he was signing, Mr. Bly responded, “Hell, no,” as he winked and added, “That’s why they pay me the big bucks.”
I think this is how the voting on American Idol works too.
sign the foreclosure docs & then have a placenta for lunch!
something sounds wrong here…WTF
Actually, this makes sense, now that I have had time to think about it.
Of course Nationwide Title and Clearing would be voted a top place to work:
Each employee gets a free course in Robo-signetics! Duh.
….and a deep tissue body massage ( one of the scientology specialties)!
OH YA…..LOL……need more be said?????? That too was in what I read about scientology…but I didn’t repeat it….thanks for doing it for me……
“We are particularly proud because it is a result of employee feedback. We value our employees and are extremely pleased to see such positive general feedback.”
“…. and if they don’t vote for us, they are demoted to Sea Org and shipped out to do slave labor in the desert of california.”
this would be laughable if they weren’t the scientology jerks who were part of the threat against lisa epstein
in the lamebrain Cease and Desist Order attempt that carol asbury shot down.
Well, Housemanrob, I’m afraid I have the “crazy box” checked for L. Ron Hubbard.
Definitely. Not to mention scary.
Remember Elron Hubbard? He wasn’t crazy……….just greedy and power hungry……….read his history, sordid and enigmatic. These are his disciples……..dangerous, twisted thinkers. Just more ingredients in the witches brew.
I guess some American have decided to join the criminal work force. I just heard a local news report that cops are spying on unsuspecting Americans sitting in traffic and are going into I phones to extract personnal information like pic, texts, etc, They are doing this by the GPS tracking devices in the phones. The ACLU is calling for an investigation. The news report also stated that in the state of Michigan cops have been doing this for a few years. The fear is cops will use this personnal info to do illegal searches. I PHONE=SPY PHONE. I would shut it off completely when you are not using it.
What!!! Are you kidding me? A top company for robo signers is more like it! Well it looks like our scientology boys are in the same “cash” game with St. Pete Times as the banksters with our politicians. I don’t subscribe to the St Pete Times and this is just one of the reasons why. They are soooo slanted in their reporting it’s a joke! I wonder, did they (NCT) via the scientologists pay the SPT to put them there to subside the bad publicity it’s received on the robo signing???
The SPT published a report on all local businesses and NTC just happened to be one of them. The press release appears to be from NTC promoting the report.
Here is where the companies are listed…
http://www.tampabay.com/specials/2011/reports/best-places-to-work-in-Tampa-Bay/
If you read the scientology background…it is a control system to gain the financial greed. It is a brainwashing system for those seeking to be part of some ‘ system ‘…..a system to guide them in a direction right or wrong…..in time their minds are twisted …they become completely controlled. The St. Pete Times may be a ‘ silent member of this system’…who knows any more…just stop buying that newspaper….cut the cord if you feel negative vibes….Most news is not the true news anyways…it is controlled by the deeper society that has now become known to the world….another twisted mind controlling society….the one involved with the banksters and all world governments…..notice the unrest that has taken over the people…..everywhere? They , the society, are disguised as ‘ good ‘ for the people…a front…hiding the evil under the ‘ black robe / cape ‘……………
mind warp
R u kidding me? If signing fruadulent documents and committ
ing perjury constitutes a great employer- the whole frickin world has gone mad. Have fun with that employees of NTC – the most fraudulent company on earth. Well almost! Debi

Proposed Law Presents Danger to Mortgage Enforcement
Wednesday, April 20, 2011
By Bruce J. Bergman
Bruce J. Bergman, a partner with Berkman, Henoch, Peterson, Peddy & Fenchel, writes that ever wary that beleaguered borrowers are being oppressed by omnipotent, rapacious lenders, legislation seeks rescue with a bill addressing standing to commence a mortgage foreclosure action. It sounds perfectly reasonable, but the apparent result is that for want of any original mortgage document, a mortgage foreclosure action will be barred.
