As long time clients of Mr. Stopa, he is passionate about the defense of his clients. He takes our plight personally. Find another lawyer that will do that! We went to court to watch him plead our case. He had 4 cases before ours. One by one we watched as he sent the previous four opposing lawyers scurrying for the door. They obviously were not prepared for a lawyer of Mr. Stopa’s caliber. By the time our case came up, our opposing attorney had seen enough and decided to call it a day and regroup. It was obvious to us that the judge in the cases had great respect for Mr. Stopa. We left the courtroom with the greatest admiration for his unbelievable “skill set”. Hiring the Stopa Law Firm was the best investment we have ever made. We don’t know how we can ever repay him for the over the top representation he has given us. We are a couple of old retired folks and have worked with other lawyers in our lifetimes but have never had the good fortune to have representation so dedicated. In our opinion, he is head and shoulders above any other Foreclosure Defense lawyer in the State of Florida. It is no surprise to us that other lawyers might find him off putting, they cannot hold a candle to Mr. Stopa and the passionate defense he provides his clients!

Mark Stopa is a hack. He recently threw his files all over a parking lot and blamed an opposing council and called Police. After all witnesses were questioned, the Police determined that Stopa as usual was full of it. Run from this hack. Run fast and run far before he screws you and your case up because he has a temper and is just white trash.

He risked all and put everything on the line to achieve a fair and equitable outcome. This judge must go and all the others of the same attitude, this is a judge that is not of fairness and just pushing another homeowner to the ground to expedite the case. Apparently it’s unimaginable to them that the banks created a bunch of toxic waste and now it’s all coming back and blowing up in their faces.

Stopa talks tough but he’s just another bar card enrollee who probably took an oath to protect the status quo of the system, but don’t quote me on that. His loyalty is to the court. If you don’t know who you are – and Stopa isn’t going to bother filling you in – then you are merely a ‘person’…a ward of the court looked upon as being incompetent to handle your own affairs.
