What happened to Chase CEO statement, IF we wronged anyone “we will make it up to them” oh, right, they don’t care about doing the right thing or ADMITTING their wrongdoings, since they make no mistakes, or did I just misunderstand Chase. Don’t think so.
Just ask the banks, they will tell you – THERE ARE NO WRONGFUL FORECLOSURES. Although they are entering into consent orders with the federal regulators to set up a fund for those “wrongfully foreclosed” at the end of the day they do not think ANYONE was wrongfully foreclosed – so don’t expect a lot of money to be doled out unless I am missing something here. In Court, they argue everything is pure imagination despite evidence of fraud and forgery. Go figure. We must all have a creative imagination. You have to fight for every inch. That is the name of the game.
Just because the FOREIGN OWNED MULTINATIONALS can AFFORD TO CORRUPT AMERICA, STILL DOES NOT MEAN THEY OWN AMERICA. OUR U.S. CONSTITUTION AND OUR U.S. BILL OF RIGHTS ALONG WITH STRICT PROPERTY LAWS PROTECTS THE AMERICAN PEOPLE FROM SUCH A TYRANNY.
Chase admits that they accidently sold the house. There are no accidents here. The plan is working. The big banksters told congress they dont f/c on people who don’t deserve it. Then will hear about the military people they illegally f/c on and the stories keep coming. One would think that if they have a handle on this, the mod dept and the f/c dept would be closing working with each other. This was no accident people, it was designed to steal homes.
THE REGULATORS WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU PEAPLE STEALING OUR HOMES,WE ARE HARD WORKING PEAPLE,YOU THE REGULATORS ARE NOT DOING A DAM THING,GET A REAL JOB AND LEAVE US ALONE?
The FRAUDCLOSURES must stop!!!!!! They are house stealing from the Amercan people for an unsecured debt that never existed on title or in the public recordings, A/K/A THE ORIGINATION FRAUD. That FAKE FRAUDULENT DEBT should be able to be completely extinguished in a bankruptcy. I put 100,000 dollars down on my home when I purchased it and at least 200,000 in home improvements over the last 19 years. They should not be able to take the homes of the American people for an UNSECURED DEBT that was also a FRAUDULENTLY INDUCED DEBT, the proof is in THE ORIGINATION FRAUD. If the homeowner can afford to pay the hyper-inflated property taxes and the hyper-inflated utility bills and home maintenance, the banks should walk away. The banksters/Wall Street have already made 100 trillion dollars+++ off of their PONZI SCHEME SWINDLE AND HEIST.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with selling a couple’s home out from under them. Reasonable minds can concur that is is fair for banks to steal, kill, and destroy.
