anthony, I get the feeling that you know alot about what happened regarding robo-signed docs. I am trying to understand your relationship with stern, were you employed as a robo-signer or was someone you knew employed by him. The Florida Bar is basically a union for attorneys. I filed a Bar grievance against David Stern and his associate Vivien Lurlene and the Bar found “no probable cause”, despite obvious fraud. I actually had to embarrass the Bar into even investigation my grievance against Stern’s office. So we all know what kind of an operation the Florida Bar really is.

It’s not only Stern, look on the Fannie Mae list. But judges don’t mind – to many of them, you simply ain’t paid. (you were ripped off, stolen from, drawn around the bend, subprimed, loan sharked, fraudulent affidavits, foreclosed, evicted – those don’t seem to matter either) The problem needs to be turned around to look at the original non-contracts that the Banksters seem to think are preordained excuses to continue to lie, cheat, and steal.

IMO Sten is dumping the foreclosure cases because they are ALL false everyone was not done according to the legal process and by him BSing that he has no staff he has an easy way out
the court should not let him dump the files there are no true dates, signatues , fees on any

You are correct anthony, I wouldn’t write to the bar, been there done that several years ago and the head guy perjured himself in a letter back to me. I saved it because I wanted to see how far he would advance in his career…need to pull that letter out..he is probably in my state government now. When did attorneys become so corrupt…when was the turning point. Everytime I read something about an honest attorney my heart beats a little faster thinking. wow, someone that hasn’t lost their moral compass…. how did that happen. Honest attorneys are the exception, certainly not the rule. The old saying…the sins of the fathers shall be visited on their sons..ouch.
