Yup! Fidelity Title was “recorded” as my Title Company AFTER going thru Capital Title in Tempe, AZ. Of course, Capital Title no longer has an office there. THEN Recontrust put it in their conveniently created Title Company. Sorry, can’t recall the name right now. This whole thing since 2006 has been a shell game.
It is now becoming clear to the nation that Fidelity National Title and all of its subsidiaries (Lender Processing Services LPS DOCX Fidelity Information Services etc) rather than being in place to protect property rights
are the very ones perpetrating Title Fraud.
As I have said many times in various posts William P Foley CEO of Fidelity National Title and former Chair of LPS DOCX, among other titles, is the brain behind the diabolic plan to destroy our property rights and Land Records in the United States. He is the bin Laden of trying to slaughter our American dreams and our Constitiution. William P Foley needs to be investigated and indicted.

that paid a bribe to Judge Alice Schlesinger of New York Supreme Court to have her decide their Forged Deeds are good. I have said before on this site that I wrote a simple letter to William P Foley CEO of Fidelity National Title and former Chairman of LPS DOCX “what went wrong that your NY attorney Frank Malone finds himself fighting for a Forged Deed? ” Fidelity’s answer to me was “…It is proper..”
Forgeries and fraudulent documents are all proper to Fidelity as long as they can steal.
isnt it funny look who is sueing whom. alsways the one with the most money is suing. us little people do not have money to sue. yet we have been forked and forked and forked somemore. we have all been forked by our appraisers. they were told to comeinat property vslue or they would be out of a job. my appraisal has it written out, on one comp. the other two comps were homes that were flipped. so where do i satnd who is going to sue the appraiser fo rme. thats right no one. i get to sit hear and eat sh-t and wait to be evicted form my home for fraud i cnat prove. nice word we live in. whe are we flks going to get mad enough to fight back. i am jewish and feel like i am in the holocaust instead of going against hitler i am going against wells fargo. instead of shower to bring my demise. its lies to bring me down. no we did not move her fil, we didnot compromise her file at all, and the fed ex oackage she sent we lost well maybe she didnt send the right info so we threw it out. paleze. help us god where we need help
