If you are not sufficiently terrified about the arrogance and abusive power that the banks are wielding all across this country, hold on to your hats and just wait for this one…..it’s an OUTRAGE that is really going to get your attention!
How would you like to know that hundreds of jackbooted thugs have keys to your home and they can come and go anytime they please?
Banks are busy breaking into properties all across this country. Now most times when this occurs it is after an unlicensed, unregulated and uncontrolled subcontractor hired by the bank makes a determination that the home is vacant or abandoned. After this unilateral decision is made, the “property preservation specialist” then takes it upon himself to steal whatever property is left then change the locks on the door. Granted, most times when this occurs, the rightful owner of the property is in some stage of abandoning and leaving the property, but in an alarming number of cases, this is occurring when people are still living in the property!
Just to make sure the point is clear, let me repeat and emphasize….SUBCONTRACTORS HIRED BY THE BANKS ARE BREAKING INTO PEOPLE’S HOMES, CHANGING THE LOCKS AND TAKING PROPERTY.

I believe Bush and Obama both called it “kinetic (military) action”. Suggestion for sign on property:
“This privately-owned home and land is currently occupied by the lawful owners. If you were not invited by the owners to enter upon this property and approach the home, or you enter upon the property or approach or enter into the home without a duly sworn affidavit and court order, or without a purpose permitted under the laws of this State, you are an intruder who is trespassing. This is your first and final warning to leave the premises immediately. No other warnings, verbal or otherwise, will be given. Otherwise, owners reserve God-given rights to use swift kinetic action against intruders in whatever form deemed expedient to protect life and property. Owners will not be held responsible for the expiration of life of any intruder.”
That really says it all. I think it would work because there are no court orders given to these people to enter. Who makes the call that a property is abandoned? If the electric is on, which can be checked by the tag on the meter, then, most likely someone lives there or is keeping the property up. Unfortunately, I have seen instances of people with kids living in a house with no electric and no water even though they still own the home. This country ought to be ashamed of itself. I have known of people taking pictures for the bank in rural areas and the neighbors have come out and told them that they will shoot them if they do not leave. I know that no one wants to kill or maim anyone , so there needs to be a better way. People just don’t know what to do. The Stand Your Ground Law probably does apply but hopefully it won’t come to that-hopefully with the note posted they will leave. Otherwise, I think people are going to get hurt.

You see, this is the beginning of the civil uprising in the USA just like what is happening in the Middle East except for a different reason. We are in for really bad times. People have had enough. This is what happens in the foreclosure mess:
An asset management company gives a Home Preservation Company the okay to change your locks.
There are only 3 different locks that most preservation companies use-so, there are 3 different keys
If you have those three keys, you can get into almost any home that has had the locks changed by the banks
The people who come in to ‘trash out” your home take everything they want and put the rest to the curb-they get paid on average $795.00 to clean your house out
My best advice is that if you still own the home, you need to get the locks changed back if they have been changed by the bank and post a notice on the door that the home is occupied and has not been foreclosed upon. Take a picture of the notice that is date stamped so you have it for proof. This has just happened to a friend of mine in Naples, Florida. It is a second home and he is out of town. They were getting ready to clean him out until a neighbor called their realtor. You will find that the preservation companies are just doing their job-they don’t know any better. It is the banks that should be sued for breaking and entering and theft. I really do believe that you need a very large dog that will really scare them off. They usually come when you are not home so a dog would be helpful. Also, leaving your contact info with a trusted neighbor. They come all hours of the day and weekends so beware.
Dogs and guns just kind of go together.If they come to my house I’m taken them down.Enough is enough.

Well, i will be posting a notice stating this my property and anyone who is not wanted on my property will be met with a rude awakening. Enough is enough. Not going to stand for anyone who subcontracts from a bank to come onto my property and try to do anything such as looking into my windows, or to offer me money in exchange for keys. I am sleeping with a baseball bat, and have a sword ready to decapitate anyone. If they come here, they will NEVER BE SEEN AGAIN. Wall street, and the banks need to go down. All of our goverment leaders are well aware of this massive fraud that is going on. I think they were a major part of this.

This happened to me over the weekend with our rental units. When I spoke with the town police, he was amazed at what I was telling him. “Why would they do that?”, he asked. I told him, “because they think they are above the law.” I was referred to the Sheriff’s office.
I explained it to the deputy that the banks had someone come into our rental property, winterize the water system and electric, took OUR lock and deadbolt out and put theirs in, opened the blinds to the unit and put a sticker on the door.
He (politically said) said to me, that we wouldn’t be in this situation if we had paid our mortgage!!! AND – it just didn’t seem right that the foreclosure has been going on for 3 years. I explained that we were just in court at the beginning of the month and it was again continued.
I asked him about filing a report – he says, “For what reason?”. I said, “because they trespassed on OUR property, gained entrance to the property, changed the locks and locked us out of OUR property – ALL without our prior knowledge or consent, or even the consent of the courts or the Judge’s gavel hitting the bench.”
He informed me it was civil, however, IF I damaged the banks lock while taking it out of OUR door, then that would be criminal.
REALLY????
WTH is going on in this world that our own law enforcement will not protect us???

3. On a Home, (Civil) I Say Criminal.

You need to go to the Sheriff office and speak to the desk Sarge. Tell him that you are her to file an INTERNAL AFFAIRS complaint against an officer. FILE IT. Then send a copy of it to any of the multitude of legal help place (ACLU, etc.) . Also send a copy of it to the COURT and JUDGE. Send it as a letter to the court informing the court of illegal, unethical and criminal acts of the Pliantiff with the support of the COURT through the Sheriff’s department. IN FL the Sheriff IS a member of the COURT itself by statute and constitution.
The person who entered WAS an employee of the Pliantiff and created a criminal act. The Sheriff as an officer of the court allowed it. Therefore the COURT has allowed violation of your rights through the Sheriff. Let the judge know that the State through the County court is can no longer be considered a neutral third party and ask for dismissal with prejudice.
Make a motion to dismiss with prejudice based on the willful criminal activity of the Plaintiff through his agent, the person who actualy entered.
Shoot to kill though. If not, they will sue for medical bills.
