Teri Petit is lying and everything she says is false…
Thanks for the reminder and everyone should tune in as everyone is affected; it’s true as you say it’s about mortgages and foreclosures but much more. Appreciated. – elders.in.foreclosure@gmail.com .
Sunday’s program revealed to the audience that the Judge’s pensions were invested in the mortgage securities markets. This was reported awhile back, however before I signed on. If this is true, then it is a severe conflict of interest, that while their having this beneficial financial interest, to rule on any foreclosure would violate our rights to a fair and just result, and it shows in the courts, for the most part. They are protecting their retirement annuities/pensions. Wouldn’t this be the defense to use? and argue nationally that there are no judges, in any court, any state that can rule on any foreclosure anywhere in the entire United States. If true, Is there a way to PROVE IT?

Yeah, They are gonna have a judge shortage, but i also think that many laws are going to be changed to accomodate you know who……well, not us.

Maybe folks here a view –
About judges and such, if we are sued with ‘lis pendins’ for foreclosure in state court with state court rules –
and the only “relief” ” we get is court moving it to foreclosure court though we didn’t ask for this –
How do we know the rules? This all takes both effort and money. Any remedy?
Thank you, elders.in.foreclosure@gmailcom and aging rapidly.
THREE QUESTIONS, PLEASE:
* Is there any way to research which and how many trusts one’s mortgage was placed in?
* How would one get a list of the properties in a Trust?
* Are you aware of any litigation that involved the making of the homeowner a 3rd party beneficiary to the security’s income and profit?
Thank you, I shall intently listen. And sincere thanks to you warriors who have caused these frauds to be unveiled as much as they have.
