Notice Rob McKenna’s assistant states RECONTRUST knows MERS has no teeth. He states it right in the case. When the judge states yes MERS has no teeth, it will set case law for our cases.
There are a lot of criminals, MERS is one of them, Fannie Mae, all the big banks, RECONTRUST, DEUTSCHE BANK NAT’L TRUST, A LOT OF THEM. THIS WILL SET A PRESIDENT. Most likely Rob McKenna is not done filling law suits. I would like to see Mers done soon also. Deutsche is the King of Foreclosures in every state. They and MERS need to be sued next. I just received a harassing letter from RECONTRUST CO NA..FORECLOSURE HOME RETENTION FINAL NOTICE……Telling me that they can postpone my sale date and legally keep me in my home by calling their HOME RETENTION AGENT… I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT PHH MORTGAGE NOR FANNIE MAE’S SLEAZY ATTORNEY NETWORK FISHER AND SHAPIRO EVER SHOWED PROOF IN MY ANSWER TO THE COMPLAINT NOR WERE THEY EVER GRANTED A SUMMARY JUDGEMENT LET ALONE GRANTED A FORECLOSURE…….THIS IS MAIL FRAUD…RECONTRUST AND THEIR ATTORNEY WILLIAM D. Mr. McKenna has redeemed himself to me. I have been sending copies of robo-signed docs and have not had a reply. These were docs of state and fed. reps and county officials. This is wonderful news, just wonderful. I hope everyone in Washington state sends their ReconTrust docs to him. $2000 for each occurrence would certainly help our state financially. Bravo Mr. McKenna and Mr. Sugarman! Now the court needs to understand they too have robo-signed docs.
Just so everyone knows, Rob McKenna is a REPUBLICAN. And he is running for Governor. I am so impressed with his being willing to stand up to the banksters–instead of selling out to them. A man of principles.
