My County recorders office told me I have NO LIENS on my home….they told me, that means my house is paid for, I can live in it, sell it or do anything I want with it…I would not have the Original Deed in my hand if there were a lien……if there were a lien…They collateralized all of this debt and that is how they funded the operation. Email and call all public officials who refuse to investigage and tell them you are going to have Misprision of Felony charges lodged against them. The law originates from England, but is being used in NY, NJ GA and Federal cases against citizens who do not report knowledge of a felony to law enforcement.

All public officials who refuse to report mail fraud, mortgage fraud, perjury committed by banking executives and their law firms can and should be charged with Misprision of Felony, which carries a 3 year sentence and $250,000 fine.

Also – call your AG and tell them if they vote for the settlement you will have them charged with Misprision of Felony. Call your local newspapers, tv stations and start a drumbeat that citizens demand immediate arrests.

Call Rep. Issa’s office and tell him you demand an ethics investigation into Attorney General Holder on obstruction of justice charges. Holder has a huge conflict of interest. He was a a partner at Covington & Burling, the white shoe law firm that represents MERS. In 2006, while Holder was at the firm, Covington & Burling wrote the legal opinion that justified MERS business model to the lending and title communities.

If the global settlement goes kaput, MERS, Holder and his C&B partners face massive exposure for civil and criminal charges.
