I am having trouble getting your livestream, but I will pose this question, anyway. Sorry if it ay off topiic.
Being that Taylor, Bean & Whitaker CEO, Lee Farkas, is spending most of the rest of his life behind bars for multi-pledging loans into multiple different trusts, have we seen an example yet of any of those loans getting spit out into the foreclosure process as more than one foreclosure?
I would imagine that each loan, as it comes down the foreclosure tube is checked first to see if another foreclosure has already been instituted on the same property (perhaps a simple title search.) Properties with multiple addresses, such as those in gate-guarded communities, for example, may have actual physical “emergency” addresses for 911 calls as well as mailing addresses–for mail that goes to community mailboxes. Perhaps it is in these two-address situations where we will begin to find a pattern of multiple foreclosures.(A foreclosure initiated against the one “physical” address, and another foreclosure initiated against a mailbox address, for example.)
At any rate–if Lee Farkas and his team were multi-pledging loans–is anyone keeping an eye on these loans as they “come out the other end, so to speak?” Anyone finding a higher incidence of TBW loans being foreclosed against more than once?

The Census caused me to change my Physical Address-Sheriffs Office/911 system sent Demand Letter to change HO– USE NUMBER immediately or face $250.00 fine.
I have been here 10 years.
The Plaintiff Servicer in my case has no legal description on some of their Filings ! Which is illegal to file that way in a Court of Law.
My Old Physical
Address is on the Fradulent Mortgage Docs-nothing has been updated by the Servicer !
All Titles are so Clouded-no one knows who owns what or where it is !!!!!!
