Oh, I have no doubt they are shredding in a frenzy.
But, as a regulatory “geek” I will tell you that because of strict privacy rules and regulations – everything with nonpublic personal or sensitive data must be shredded – most firms will use a secure shredding service (lock box to truck and truck shreds). This is normal.
But, I’m sure banksters have shredded tons of evidence that can’t otherwise be produced by a mortgage holder, etc.

A woman knocked off a Chase branch in downtown Chicago yesterday and got away……MSNBC reported yesterday that 47% of american people are living below the poverty line..many people are growing more and more desperate and are feeling like if Chase can just keep on keepin on after what they have done…….. that is a slap in our faces. The growing desparity in America is going to cause more and more of this and can be the only outcome when there has been nothing but pain for MAINSTREET and nothing has been done to help the people at all…..Chase food stamps aren’t cutting it anymore for many….MAINSTREET needs their wealth and prosperity restored so we can create wealth for ourselves again……
With all the known fraud the banks are ingaged in, where is the FBI? They should have agent staking out these headquarters of the big banks looking out for this shit and when they see these shredder trucks out there they should seize the documents headed for the shredder and examine them before they can be leagaly shredded.
They are to busy investigating and shutting down American companies like Gibson Guitar factory for using exotic wood imported from India..and in their spare time, they are spying on all of us……and trying to protect the Wall Street interests of their ruling elite owners.

Yes Fury, it did seem like the Gibson guitar factory being shut down was a bit extreme but the law is the law for everyone right?…… the foreclosure mills are committing federal crimes as well…everyone is equal under the law right? Those scales lady justice holds seem to be leaning one way when it comes to some entities..the fact that none of those foreclosure mills have been criminally indicted yet is pretty unbelievable….
Fraud and forgery are federal crimes or not? Recreating a chain of title more than 90 days after the closing is fraud…….and if that crime is allowed, that could cause mass chaos in America with disputes over title for decades…. If stamping of ones signature is allowed? The paper hangers could really have a hay day with that one. Many have not woken up to what has gone on here yet, but if and when they do…..it will be chaos…….
anyone know anything abiut chase? did they securitize their credit card debt. i used my credit card in 2009 save my home it quite large. my husband loast his job and i could not pay. i defaulted on the credit card and they sent me to collections. i thiought with credit cards the bank sur=es you and takes you to court. what happens with the collection agency. i had urs call today anyione familiar. they were tryin to verify my address and birthdate i refused . they lied told me there was a problem with my ss# how deceiptful.
Chase bank took 6.95% credit card & 01/09 late the prior month paying & took credit card interest rate to 28.95% & called month after month until one banker told me “we do not have to help you”
I HATE CHASE BANK pass the word……..

What is being shredded at such a quantity they need a truck?

it makes a great photo and really sums up a huge part of the fraudclosure scheme (shredding of documents)
but i’m sorry to say that these trucks are common in the financial district and offices down by the court house.
i have seen them myself. the truck parks on the street and then you see a secretary wheel out
a big rolling plastic garbage can that has the same logo as the truck.
she waits and watches while the trucker hoists up the garbage can and dumps the contents into a big crusher or shredder that is inside the back of the truck.
he then returns the empty garbage can to her and she wheels back inside the office.
Readdocs……UH….maybe,,,,uh,,,some documents they don’t want anyone to see….another fraud no one has found yet….they all have lots to hide and shredd….soon they may be hiding themselves…and / or…they may be shredding each other. The mafia first ‘ shredds….than a trip to the incinerator……..
Why of course they are shredding all the documents that show who they paid off under the table. They are not just shredding mortgages and notes. They are shredding all the stuff involved in securitizations and selling their bogos AAA mortgage backed securities. I am sure the investors will want to keep a copy of this picture and use it to obtain information on what was being shredded. Good picture who ever took it. My thanks to you. If I am ever in town, I would like to take you to little Italy for supper.
