What is the number of people who applied for mods who applied for those mods in Q3? I would like to know how many mods were denied during Q3 as apposed to the 52,000 approved?

A contract the was based upon fraud is void (you know, like those initials that aren’t my husbands are clearly copied from another source since the bottom 1/2 of the letters are missing; those signatures that aren’t mine, the data on the forms that is in no way mine or representational of anything I viewed before – like income and assets info signed by your employee named “xxxxxxx”).
The fraud deepened when your firm securitized this little piece of fraud and oops, forgot to actually ensure the trustee took custody – oh and oops, the prospectus that your affiliated entity wrote to sell this stuff to investors was a sham of the most fictious porportions.
Oh – and there’s that assignment that was never, ever filed. Hey – but the most amusing part of our “relationship” was your response to my QWR. Remember? Yeah, I’d asked you to prove that you owned this loan — remember? In writing – I was directed to look up assignments at my county registrar’s offices. Seriously? You don’t know so you want to send me on a wild goose hunt?
That was wild, Chase when you directed your attorney to file a fraudclosure – oops, when you’re a servicer and not the legal holder. Oh gosh, silles. Sounds like you need a qualified compliance person on your team – but I wouldn’t work for you and Satan’s seed if I was starving.
Yeah, then there was that second foreclosure. You know neither of those things were cancelled properly in accordance with state law.
Now, why was it again my monthly payment kept rising – to well over over $1400 from where I started? Why was it again that you couldn’t keep track of my escrow account or couldn’t apply extra payments to the principal properly? You don’t remember quite likely…but I do.
So, make the investors whole. That’s well and good. You stole from them. Sad that so many had to sue you for this particular trust…yeah, I know about that, too. I’ll bet you didn’t know I was a compliance geek and a fierce mom who can obsessively research …well after you and your croonies have put on your pj’s for the night.
You see, I want to see you go down – I want to see you make it right with those you’ve wronged. I’m not alone…there are millions more like me. I am on to you. I know what you’ve done. I’m not alone…
So, Chase – the best thing to do is to walk away from these frauds and make the homeowners whole again.
We’ll quiet title the house. What do you get? One less lawsuit from me (and a million others, perhaps). One less fraud charge. One less attorney you have to keep busy dealing with an angry homeowner, one less really pissed comsumer who has set their sites on your demise.
You have lost – because a contract that was born of fraud is invalid.
This is your time to do the right thing, Chase. Walk away. You know, you don’t even qualify as the 1%…because you are 100% in the wrong on all sides of these transactions.
If you do not, myself and a million or so like me are ready to keep fighting. This time around – the courts aren’t so naive, the homeowners are not so naive and we’re not so scared anymore — we have now come to the point where we have nothing else to loose.

Yeh Rob, I keep a log of the idiots that I call there , I have been assigned probably 16 or 17 different “specialists” in the last couple months . B of A is in reality a sham operation. They set up a series of automatic mailings with stock answer form letters. Regardless of whether you respond, they acknowledge in the fake letters that they are recognizing that you responded and their stock answer is, “We are looking into or investigating” or something to that effect. No matter that you didn’t send them a fool thing or you placed 100 phone calls or requests, the answer is still the same.
