Florida Judges SELL OUT a View from the Bench. Oct 28th Ft. Lauderdale Protest Judicial Bias
Florida Former Chief Judge Victor Tobin left the Broward Court to work at a fraudclosure mill which had been under investigation by the Florida Attorney General for foreclosure fraud in July 2011. He is moderating a forum with his former judge collegues to instruct them on how to fraudclose faster on Florida citizens, who fund the court system.
A fellow citizen warrior filed the below complaint to the Judicial Qualifications Committee.
Please join us on Oct 28th in Fort Lauderdale to protest this clear example of judicial bias and impropriety and corruption.

All members reading this, PLEASE file additional JQC Complaints such as the one listed here in order to have our voices heard WE ALL MUST ramp up our complaints. Make sure ALL complaints are thorough, clearly defining what law; rule; statute; procedure, etc., has been violated, and file to any and all appropriate regulatory agency. It takes time and effort, but IT IS WORTH IT. Not that I believe BLONDI, but, she states about 1/2 of all complaints filed at the Attorney General’s Office over the last two years were about time share fraud – WE NEED TO MAKE IT MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE FRAUD as her NUMBER ONE complaint received FROM NOW ON!!!
Good intentions, but half baked.
This document misses the target. I recommend widespread use of a motion to recuse. I will be writing and publishing a paper on this subject within the next ten days. The conduct of judges who are perceived to have an interest in a matter which has come before them for adjudication is becoming an ever more serious problem and needs to be addressed by defense counsel. The judges in 37 states are elected and run for office. The campaign contribution play an ever greater role in successful judicial campaigns for office. In short, judges are being bought and paid for by parties and counsel who appear before them. The integrity of the judicial system is being compromised. Some of the worst excesses occur right here in Florida in foreclosure practice.
New Jersey is having a similar event with judges, foreclosure attorneys, personnel from the Superior Clerk’s office on Oct. 27, 2011. Judges and foreclosure attorneys meeting together…hmmmmmmmm. Public not invited.
