Massachusetts official calls for foreclosure freeze based on documents also questioned by Florida attorney general
From the PB Post…
Florida’s link with Southern Essex was revealed in a recently filled public records request from foreclosure fighter Lisa Epstein.
In e-mails between the Florida attorney general’s office and Lender Processing Services, a Jacksonville-based foreclosure document mill, a state investigator questions signatures on documents he obtained from O’Brien.
O’Brien said today someone from the Florida attorney general’s office requested the files. He has also been in touch with the attorneys general from Michigan and New York.
Florida Attorney General Special Counsel Robert Julian, who was once the boss of ousted state investigators Theresa Edwards and June Clarkson, says in an Aug. 22 e-mail to LPS that he saw “troublesome examples” of signatures on documents.
One of the signatures questioned was that of known robo-signer Linda Green, who was featured in a 60 Minutes episode earlier this year on foreclosure problems.
“As you note, Linda Green’s signature appears some 14 times in this sample alone,” Julian wrote. “On 5 of these occasions, her name appears to have been signed by someone else (as it does not match her actual signature as it appears on the surrogate signor form provided by LPS). Nor does it appear to have been signed by her ‘authorized’ surrogate signer Chris Pendley (again, by examination of her surrogate signer form).”
Julian goes on to say; “In this small sample then, approximately one third contain signatures of surrogate signers that do not appear to be the signers allegedly authorized to sign for the ‘authorized representatives’ of the lenders. (Note that Linda Green’s name was also seen as a witness on several occasions where it clearly was not her own signature).”

Ya can’t notarize the signature of a surrogate signer !!
The attempt to coverup forgery by creating documents suggesting there is an official surrogate signer is BULLLL Shit.
HORSE Shit.
Even if it were the real signature of Linda Green,
she is not a real “corporate officer” as defined by most state laws.
,,,,simply because in the law….there is no such thing as a “surrogate signer”?
What are you saying Rob? It is not legal to cash a check more than once? or sell a cashed check to someone? or an interest in the money flow to a cashed check? LOL!!!
Funny story Rob and Marilyn from my County Recorder of Deeds office..I went there a couple of months ago to view some docs….the clerk was awesome!….I asked him about the out of state notaries and he said…Ahh, the notaries…..then I asked him about an altered doc, he said very quietly, that is fraud….I said who is PUBLIC?…he laughed and shrugged his shoulders and said….it could be anybody!!! I said, It could be anybody? he said, Yes, it could be anybody…… I said, o.k., I want to file a complaint about all of this fraud…he said, you have to do that downtown at the Mortgage Fraud Division of the CCR of Deeds located in City Hall…..It was time to pay for my docs and he asked me, How are you going to be paying today? I said by check…He smiled and said: Now if that check bounces, you know that you will owe me your house? LOL!!! That guy was great, hilarious, he made my day that day!

Noooooooooo.. .. ..
And WTF is an “authorized surrogate signer?” Isn’t that what we all used to call a counterfeiter?
Fire up the popcorn for this show!
Man, it’s time to pass that popcorn around. That deer needs to share! Either that or pop a bushel of popcorn and pass it out to the rest of us animals.
