Twas a very capable builder of houses and apts Was in Olympia the last I heard, Had cancer.
Have been trying to keep my homes, have lost one, one in short sell, however Bank of America is now refusing short sell Hafta in California, will foreclose, also had one that was pending modification on second due to after 3 yrs perfect payments the first went up 100 and the second 300+, loss of job, loss of income, multiple injuries, now retired fixed income will lose it all, Agents gave tenants on current mortgage cash for keys, unable to rent will end up on foreclosure, this happened to my original residence of 12 years, harassed for 2 yrs, finally was told they would assist me, short sell pricer residence, move back to original, moved back to original, locked out prior to allowable dates by California law, back to short sell, still pending 7 months later, now to foreclose Nov.16, and now the third home will go into default unable to rent. Agents that go to the front door and lie to the tenants and give them money to leave should be illegal, they should lose their license, and lenders that turn the other way on this harassment to homeowner and tenants should lose their license also.
