Again more evidence of the intimidation and fear factor the NWO is trying to impose on all of us…CNN reporting police down in Atlanta are going after the Occupy protestors in full riot gear…I just had 4 black op helicopters fly in formation over my house…what a bunch of assholes..
It looked like the helicopters were headed toward downtown Chicago..Makes me wonder what is going on downtown today with the Occupy Chicago protesters..
I vent….Mr. Babcock was talking of WAMU and Chase….and he said WAMU had no assignments….and that is what I said about my daughters. foreclosure……in the foreclose there was just the crap the mills typed to make it sound so great…that alone was a laugh… a COPY of the Note and a copy of the Mortgage….a sloppy typed generic affidavit copy very hard to read..and a letter from FDIC…telling that Chase purchased WAMU…that affidavit was recorded in State of Washington where WAMU headquarters were…. and no one signed it…just Chase and WAMU were typed on the affidavit…I could not believe was a foreclosure…..than everyone starts talking about assignments and affidavits…robo signing…and it was all Greek to me cause we had nothing like that. I doubled checked the county records and could not figure out where people were getting all this crap….and Mr. Babcock said WAMU never did any assignments…the contracts were void…and I know WAMU did fraud on top of fraud and under fraud…they made sure nothing left a trail…like your mortgage has alot of ‘ movement ‘….but my daughters was from March 2003 re-fi…so one would expect some movement over the years…but showed nothing…..and I spent every moment looking and searching missing sleep…all a waste….I realized last year when I got 2 different copies of the Note and the one had the stamped endorsement signed by WAMU…. that I had come home to roost…after that I just looked into the Title Co…cause they got the recorded mortgage back..not the bank…..I feel like I want to rip the skin off alot of people’s face….to think of millions of people that can’t even find an attorney…the heartache all this has caused…it is beyond even thinkable……My prayers keep getting longer as the days pass…..so much to pray for. I just hope my God understands me and answers………
Yes Marilyn I heard that to about Wamu and Chase…there is alot of scum floating around this global cesspool of fraud and forgery…They are all going to pay for this and be held accountable.. I told my sister, I will not rest until I cause at least one of them to get criminally indicted for what they did…CHASE is on my title to…they aquired Margaretten Mortgage, my original pretender lender…which means the same thing applies to them in my case….no legal assignment to my collateral deed in 18 years means my house is paid for is what my recorder of deeds office told me, I can live in it, sell it or do whatever I want with it…I think I will sue all of the dirty bastards on title..starting with MARGARETTEN AND CHASE…I found out that Margaretten is still doing business as MARGARETTEN to this day….I sent them a comment….are you Fannie Mae? and they booted me off of the website and did not post my comment..LMAO!!!
They are all really one giant evil entity in disguise….but that would be illegal now wouldnt it? ONE GIANT OCTOPUS…. A MASSIVE OLIGARCHY OWNED BY PLUTOCRATS….CROOKS AND CRIMINALS ALL OF THEM!!
I would just like to add that we bought our home in 1992… an attorney told me that CHASE bought out Margaretten in 1994….CHASE released the mortgage to us and our heirs in 2000……that is the very same year they gave us an all new pin # and did not tell us…that is where all of the Origination Fraud is hidden under the old pin….NO ASSIGNMENTS recorded either..Then I have an affadavit from 2000 that states that both First Midwest and Chase owned the loan…they are all idiots!
I would just like to add one more thing about the Chase release of mortgage to myself and my husband…I called the FBI about this and they told me to call any Chase branch and ask them to give me the Original Mortgage and Note that they released to us in 2000….I think everyone should start calling the second bankster who released the orignal mortgage and note and ask them for the Originals to be returned to us. That should be a real treat..I was talking to a friend who paid her house off to CITI..but never got the Original Mortgage and Note stamped paid returned to her. She called CITI and asked them for her originals and they told her they don’t handle that…..We investigated her paperwork and she uncovered that the title company forged her husbands name on a release to public…The title company admitted they forged her husbands name on that doc and apoligized and told her they were just in a hurry….and needed the doc signed…She spoke to her attorney who told her that she could get the girl from the title company fired but why do that? Well I would definitely go after that title company for that…Why would they forge her husbands name conveying her mortgage to public? That is fraud. I looked at her public recordings and her mortgage has only been partially released…according to the recordings..She went to the recorders office and they told her they don’t know how that happened but she is safe…HMMM…..Her attorney told her that she is safe and her title looks clean…I told her I would not rest until I had that Original Mortgage and Note stamped paid and in my possession.. I told her that Note is a check and if that is still floating around anyone can come back with a copy and say that you owe them money..Like PHH mortgage says I owe them money..I never borrowed any money from PHH mortgage…and there has never been an assignment recorded to date..yet they still filed a fraudclosure complaint on me….and Fannie’s attorney network are repping PHH mortgage…but I know they are really repping Fannie Mae…I never signed a contract with them either…and PHH has joined us as the defendant to fraudclose on MERS…stating that MERS holds the mortgage and the note…but I never borrowed any money from MERS either..and PHH claims they have the note…..and the refi was with AMCORE BANK NA and on title they call themselves AMCORE BANK NA MERS…is bankrupt…and there is no proper release or assignment on public record…to any of them..lies, lies, lies and more lies..
OMG……Got to say…this show really got my attention….Citizen Warriors are real hero’s….I was so glued to the speakers…afraid I would miss a word….the info that just flowed….unbelievable…..Great job to everyone…and I bet alot of people wish they had George Babcock in their state……that is the only sad part …so many can’t even find one lawyer to help them…………

I vent…Took a break and had to listen to the Warriors radio….it was great…and my grandaughter is still up ( Sat. nite) and on her computer near my computer …so I still have not gone back to the video you sent….but I will tonight…..my mind cannot compete with noise from video game and kid screaming as she plays…..Wonder what Rob is doing….hope he has a good time with his relatives while there…Maybe he marched with the veterans…..think he was Green Beret…my brother was Green Beret….and both in Vietnam…my brother was career …many years…

Marilyn, this CONTRACT that the politicians must sign…can be a NEW AMENDMENT…added to the U.S. CONSTITUTION….We should start emailing and calling our State Legislatlors now..and demand this CONTRACT AMENDMENT WITH WE THE PEOPLE BE MADE INTO LAW……No more of these politicians saying one thing, and crossing their fingers behind their backs like they are 10 year olds in grade school and lying to all of us…!

George Babcock is being nice to the judges that dont get it? Their may be some that dont get it therefore should not be on the seat or their thrown. I do not beleive they dont get it I believe the dont want to get it and are bought judges purposely appointed to screw the consumers.
Judges who do not follow the law are not just confused, they are bribed.
As an officer of the court he has a bar card exposed. Who else has stuck his neck out as far as he has?

I agree Shelley, the Judges get it….it is the homeowners who don’t get it and that is what they are all banking on…The Judges are really following ORDERS not the RULE OF LAW……Corruption is a CRIME…. not an excuse for allowing this massive theft of our homes to continue. Another excuse that the judges are of an idealogy that someone is owed this money.. is just that an excuse…many of the judges are heavily invested in the fraud too, just like the politicians..and if that is the case, they should remove themselves from the bench because of a conflict of interest..If these fraudclosures are allowed to continue the judges are eventually going to be accused of being criminals themselves for aiding and abetting these fraudclosure crimes….. The Judges are not only ignoring our property rigts, they are also ignoring the criminal fraud that is being committed in their court rooms. The last time I was in foreclosure court, the Judge told the attorney for the homeowner that everything looked right in the docs….I doubt it..but the homeowner was not even present…people are just believing whatever lies their attorney tells them and most don’t have a clue, at all. that the attorney they hire or that these so called “free” attorneys that the Judges tell the homeowners to use are most likely not working in their best interest…Unfortunately, too many Americans are still way to trusting. There will be a day of reckoning soon because they have screwed over way to many people for that not to happen.
