It is a cover up….WAMU was the originator in my daughters mortgage and when WAMU was flung to the vultures….Chase became the servicer….that’s it. Now for a mortgage to be already in foreclosure when Chase took over..that may be another story…that part is questionable…but the fraud still went with the foreclosure…the copy of the Note has the endorsement stamp on it when WAMU cashed the notes…..they were paid and collected payments with fraud intent. our first copy of note was just a copy…the second one had to come from the actual data cause it has the stamp without recourse and signed….I heard that is the copy the banks do NOT want you to get…so the copy in the foreclosure is NOT the Note that is on the banks record..it is just a copy of the note….that is the fraud….the Note was cashed and was to be destroyed….but was it destroyed? And who was to destroy it? The ‘ casher of the check ‘or WAMU ? But Chase cannot prove they own it with original. ..cause the stamp would give them away…..WAMU rushed to cash in real fast…WAMU was filled with fraud…. You know a phone call to Mr. Babcock in Rhode Island may give the proper way to stop the eviction and sale….it is worth a try…I would start there if they want to fight it…he may know an agency that would help them….and mention signing the title…if anyone he seems to know the ropes to use……at least it may say one way or another if they have a chance……

Marilyn, I am not sure if it was an ARM loan…CHASE is the servicer, WA MU was the originator…I found a couple of links with good info that I sent to them http://msfraud.org/ is a good one..that link is posted here…It talks about the fact that a bank can’t evict you without proof of chain…I smell a cover up.

I vent….I have told you that WAMU was fraud from beginning to end….they did nothing..no assignments…no trail….they cashed the note and made themselves servicer to pocket the payments…Was her mortgage an ARM’s Option ? If so…I know that one for sure…And I know I have read where people have won cases of homes already sold…..but get back with me on this…ARM’s mortgage?.

So this is to provide legal training…to who…the same ones who have scamed thru the foreclosures before now? This ‘ gathering ‘ will provide information about court procedures…..Being in the law business..do they not know what the court procedures SHOULD BE.? Sounds like dum and dummer….Or are they saying that nothing follows the rules and each case is left up to the judge to use personal opinion …..Anyone working in the legal field has already been through the legal training…so what is new to learn? Or is it to learn more tricks to the trade ?

My sister is fighting a CHASE eviction with a WA MU originator. Her attorney is telling her that CHASE attorneys told him that they DO NOT have to produce any docs if they were already granted a foreclosure….It kind of sounds like CHASE is covering something up to me, like possibly they did not have the proper documentation in which to foreclose and my sister did not have an attorney at the time of the foreclosure so she was railroaded…they got sent to the title company to sign off on their home without an attorney or a day in court .in a judicial state…It sounds like maybe some dirty dealing between the Judge and the Chase Bank attorney…?
