Flori-duh: Bank Foreclosing on O.J. Simpson’s House But Can’t Find Him!
Memo to JP Morgan Chase Bank: O.J. Simpson‘s safely tucked away in a Nevada prison.
So, if you need to serve him about foreclosing on his South Florida house, send your process server to 1200 Prison Road, Lovelock, Nevada!
Showing once again the ridicule in mass foreclosures, JP Morgan’s process server tried to hand their filing to the fallen NFL icon on a daily basis at the former running back’s homestead on SW 112 Street in Kendall, according to court records.
Couldn’t find the former Buffalo Bills running back at home.
Maybe that’s because The Juice is dwelling in a desert prison the next 33 years after being found guilty of armed robbery and kidnapping in 2008?
You can check out the rest here…
Anyone down in Dade county that want’s to pull the returned service affidavit and send it over just let me know.
Would love to read and post it.

I know where he is. HE IS IN JAIL IDIOT BANKERS/PROCESS SERVERS!@
What nonsense. However it should be noted that process servers make little to no effort in locating defendants.
We should file a lein for the underwater issue caused by misrepresented appraisal by the bankstas and economic crimes and lost incomes jobs and properties and identity theft..
Readdocs – great point! Of course – they’ll try to ignore that fact.
A) Florida Homestead protection/ that’s why OJ moved here in the first place right after the civil lawsuit.
B) According to the dockets, he has been served and his PR has filed a Motion to dismiss; funny report but not accurate
If his exwife, now deceased, family has a lien against OJs property in Florida the foreclosuring entity might
have a problem in trying to sell the home with a clear title.
Maybe we all need to put liens on our homes and bring whoever we can to mess it up more for the gangsta bankstas hummm I have upgraded this house that JD states he owns and DOES NOT!!!! Nor MERS nor Fannie, guess I will be making some calls and tell those who have been nice so far to go ahead and lien on it!! good ideas do come out of our rants and being held hostage by these criminals, need to play the game I guess until our AGs get some guts
I read somewhere that you can do that by filing a UCC-1 with the state…..the crooks never filed any..and then you record the lien at your recorders office…..
Google it..
