Man Accused of Courthouse Plot, Threatening to Shoot Judge at Hearing
A Lakeland man is accused of threatening to shoot a Polk judge after a foreclosure hearing, deputies said. Walter E. Norris, 55, was arrested Friday and charged with threatening to discharge a destructive device.
Norris called his lawyer at the Law Office of Kaufman, Englett and Lynd, PLLC. and told a paralegal that he was going to take a bomb, missiles and a gun into the courthouse, according to an arrest report.

This might not be the answer but as we have seen in Mexico and central America this , in the end , is the only thing a corrupt judiciary understands … They will get the message or they will live in walled subdivisions with armed guards .. It is of their own making as they support the criminal element against the people.
As much as I am saddened to see this, unfortunately neidermeyer is dead on, THIS they will understand, and yes it is of their own making. They need to remember the laws of this country are in place for a reason, and not following them have consequences. If the JQC doesn’t enforce consequences, eventually the people will enforce their own consequences. Which will it be judiciary??

The attorney should be fired. One has to wonder the context of the statements. Quite often attorneys and their clients have frank discussions about presiding judges and I am sure this situation was no different and should be protected by attorney client privilege. The attorney abused his discretion when in all likelyhood the poor homeowner has no guns and if he truly intented harm upon the judge, he would not disclose it to an officer of the court. Respectfully, his attorneys are idiots.

Perhaps someone will take the time to help this distraught man and look this information up and send a message to the judge and foreclosure parasites and lets all email the foreclosure company of this injustice. If someone has the time to help him, we will all email to everyone. I have my case and two city cases to fight against a corrupt mayor and ex attorney, and a business to rum thirteen hours a day seven days a week. If someone can help him or find a tean to help him, it will benefit all of us. I sympathise with his frustrations, but this is definately not the way to fight foreclosure. The paperwork and the team of occupiers from OWS that are showing up at foreclosed homes needs to help him. Every time we help someone to defeat this atrocity it helps us all and America.
Ok, I can SEE several OBVIOUS and GOOD legal openings from just reading the docket. An appeal seems very winnable, without even reading the documents in the case file.
I could be wrong, but at least one of the issues showing on the face of the docket came up before, and after a sit down when we went over the issue, applicable rules and existing case law, the attorny representing the home owner went away happy that he would win on appeal.
Home owner appears to have counsel, good, but as yet there does not appear to be a timely motion for rehearing. Unfortunately the home owner appears to have a pending criminal charge and possibly a falling out with his counsel.
If someone knows the Defendant or or Defendant’s counsel have them contact me. It is probable the Defendant’s counsel already knows the appealable issues and is working on it but maybe a second set of eyeballs and ideas would help. JM

Homeowners taking their own lives or homeowners taking other lives is not morally right.
Judges KNOWINGLY allowed all these fraudulent foreclosures thru their courts and are COMPLICIT to the fraud upon the court.
Threats are obviously not the answer. A group called http://www.toolsforjustice.com is looking for attestable criminal actions by officials that would allow for criminal complaints to be filed to seek indictments against perpetrators. I’ve personally observed a number of blatant improprieties in my life and it’s about time somebody has the balls to clean up our judicial system. I know that many attorneys rightfully fear going up against the establishment and that is a travesty in and of itself? With the passage of bills like the NDAA isn’t time to stop this insanity before it gets really out of line.
Was he just extremely upset, not really intending to do any of those things? Good thing the cops lept into action to arrest the debtor, one can never be too sure how people will react when they lose their life savings, house and so on to organized crime. You are right, this is not the answer…..but push hard enough down the trodden road of homelessness and hopelessness and this is what pursues! I am surprised that it has not happened before this.
