Thank you for your words of wisdom Yes, Jim didn’t feel he was the man he wanted to be anymore, when this happened. We tried th work with Wells Fargo and they would come back with numbers higher then what we were paying. I have been battling them for 2 years now. I just lost my house in court. I lost because I can’t prove that a rep from the bank was at the closing. They refuse to give us any discovery. They also broke into my home 3 times. I didn’t stay full time there anymore because of what had happened I paid all the heating bills and water . They came thru my home and spilled anti freeze all over new carpet. They also destroyed the whole front of my entrance. The judge gave me this charge. Now, I have a short sale which they are busting my balls on. My buyers are paying cash and have met everything the bank asked. The up swing on this is that I don’t owe them a dime!! I am doing them a favor not tearing the house a part. I don’t want to go thru the shame of a sheriff sale, I have been thru enough. I will continue to fight and am willing to be part of anything that will help the people who are in this. We are all people who were hard working and because of the Greed of these banks are paying a high price.

Charlie , how do we mobilize ? who has a link to a blog ? talk is cheap and I have had enough of the typing on these sites , they are a great place to vent , but it’s time for more than a sit in . Please , any comments or suggestions ?

The banks have stripped us of our pride and dignity in their quest to fill their pockets. We are merely cattle headed for slaughter and the land will be theirs to sell to Chinese investors who will be given a green card just because they bought the ‘unwanted’ properties.

Yet… we sit around griping and complaining while waiting for ‘someone’ to fix it. I just don’t see it happening, American’s are too contempt. No one wants to see for themselves the things our Congressional figures are passing into law – it’s too boring to watch, we can catch the recap on the news (AFTER THEY PUT THEIR SPIN ON IT). We the People have the right to demand changes through Congress, but, we don’t.

Last week, the Senate reviewed legislation concerning the STOCK Act. It passed – Whoopie!!! However,,, there were amendments to the Stock Act that were flat rejected that could have made true changes to the illegal activities of members of Congress and the Administration. Such as : # 1487 which made it illegal for the SPO– USE to commit insider trading. or # 1484 which made it illegal to trade using ‘NON-PUBLIC’ info. or even #1488 that would limit congressional terms. The media reported how WONDERFUL the STOCK Act will be yet it is merely a bill to make the American people sit down and SHUT UP! They pacify us with just enough to get us off their a$$. And we let them. over and over and over and over……

Lynn, I am so sorry for your loss , as a man I know what he felt , I have considered suicide as well – you feel as if you are not a “man” if you cannot provide for your family , this has been an organized fleecing of middle class America , this is the largest theft of personal property in history and they would rather arrest someone for a misdemeanor crime than multiple counts of GRAND THEFT , this is the largest organized crime ever , where are the feds with RICO charges ? Bernie Mahdoff even said ” the whole world is a ponzi scheme” !! Instead of hurting our families more , we need to re-direct these feelings and pain to the ones who caused it in the first place . Let’s go after these bastards where they live – I don’t need some protester to tell the world a damn thing , and I won’t be wearing a silly halloween mask either . we need to make a stand for Lynns husband and Gary Carter and all of us who live in fear . Justice will not be served in a courtroom , we deserve to serve this dish ourselves.

Thank you, he is much missed . I have been working on THE MESS for 2 years. It seems I can not nail Wells Fargo for what they did, but I am going to get the title company I am losing the home that we built, and yes I feel shame and sorrow every time I have to go there. I am going to work on trying to help people the best I can when this is all over. No one should have to suffer the shame that they put us thru.We are just people who thru no fault of our own, have fallenl on hard times. I also have tried to short sale my home 3 times and Wells Fargo has made it miserable for my buyers everytime. It is a nightmare.
