if nothing will work, then where do we go from here? I think an upraising this Spring? Bring it to Washington for sure, but not on the White House…occupy K STREET…th e lobbyist are all there and the police will not be as abusive. Can we pick a date anc spread the word so everyone can plan this voyage to DC…bring the kids, the grandparents, the families so a new face of Occupy is not the drum beating, rainbow wig wearing protestors!! lets take it to the next level and represent the American homeowners under attack….anyone? elyse@gte.net
Amen! I agree in theory but can’t afford a bus trip across the state:)
NO to any settlements with banks; who will enforce it? the same regulators in the state? The banks committed crimes; you dont negotiate with criminals. A deal is made with those you can trust, are banks trustworthy? no.
Follow the money. These mortgages were never securitized and there fore are not in any legalized trusts; the trusts do not exist which means there are huge tax consequences which investors must now pay; if they have to pay they will come after the banks themselves for failing to follow the chain of title proscribed in the PSA.
Any time victims go begging to their tormentor, they get kicked in the butt.
While they are kicking you in the a$$; they are going through your pockets to see if there is anything there to get!!!!
You don’t negotiate with CRIMINALS….period……I agree, the investors need a little incentive to start demanding some justice. It is a known fact that criminals only respond to prosecution and restitution. It is up to the courts, also, to do their part and start upholding the law. Every single person should file pro se actions in their courts. EVERYONE. I don’t care if you write it on a table napkins…just file something and demand you constitutional right of due process. JUST DO IT. Pile it on.
Good Luck I have a claim with my AG against Wells Fargo. They don’t want to help anyone!! You can stand and yell all you want…. It isn’t going to help
I can personally testify to that! Wells Fargo sends hundreds of letters and makes daily phone calls but it is all window dressing! When it comes down to modifying loans, they are absolutely unrelentingly refusing to follow through. I tried, making over 100 calls and talking to as many different representatives pleading for modification. I moved on to seeking help from a HUD approved Financial Service and finally retained an attorney who filed suit and put together a HAMP package that was completely sound. All to modify a home loan on a property worth less than $100K. Still Wells would rather pay the highest price attorneys Memphis has to fight in court any efforts to modify the loan, write down the principal. or even disclose who owns the loan now.
Can anyone understand the motivation for that?
TTT – Simple; they WANT your house!!@
ENOUGH ALREADY…. TIME THAT BUS LOADS OF AMERICANS OCCUPY PENNSYLVANIA AVENUE AND INFORM THE PRESIDENT……………. NO JAIL, NO VOTE… NO JAIL, NO VOTE! STOP WITH THE TASK FORCESS PRETENDING TO DO SOMETHING AND START ALLOWING OUR LAW ENFORCEMENT TO PUT THE HANDCUFFS ON. TIME TO STOP OCCUPYING WALL STREET AND LET IT BE KNOWN ON PENNSYLVANIA AVE. (NO JAIL….NO VOTE).
No Jail No Vote is great in theory but who are you going to get instead; Romney? He who stood proudly by as while he gets the TRUMP seal of approval? There is no good choice for the 99%..NONE You might as well bring over the Kim Jong IL pack to take over the US. Wouldn’t be much of a difference. They all need to be kicked to the curb..every last stinking one of them..period…the end
