Last Chance to Stop the (UN)Fair Foreclosure Bill Before the Final Vote

The Senate version of the (UN)Fair Foreclosure Bill, CS/SB 1890, goes to the very bank-friendly Senate Banking and Insurance Committee on Monday 2/27 at 4:45pm. This is the last stop before the full vote. The bill will shift the burden of proof from the Banks to the homeowners. It will speed up the foreclosure process pushing people out of their homes and dumping them on the market. The vulture private equity funds are already lining up for the biggest land grab in the state’s modern history. Call and email these Senators today and tell them VOTE NO TO SB 1890.
