On Wednesday, March 14, at 5:00pm Occupy Homes MN held a march to US Bank CEO Richard Davis’ Minneapolis home as part of the Occupy Homes national week of action on the banks.
“We want to respectfully ask Mr. Davis and US Bank to work with customers like me to keep us in our homes. We bailed them out with our tax dollars when they were in trouble at the start of the housing crisis they created, now we need them to work with us to help stabilize our communities, instead of tearing them apart,” said Monique White
Since October, protesters have attempted to bring attention to Minneapolis-headquartered US Bank for their ongoing role in the foreclosure crisis. While speaking at an event hosted by the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce, Davis, whose 2011 total compensation topped $18 million, allegedly told homeowners fighting foreclosure and their supporters rallying outside the event to “get over it.’
“These executives have been making life hell for the average American, while they’re making record profits and have a comfy home to sleep in. It’s up to us to stand together and pressure the banks to make things right with the American people. If they can negotiate a solution with me, there’s no reason they can’t do the same for millions of other homeowners fighting to keep a roof over their family’s heads.” said Bobby Hull, a veteran and homeowner who won back his home through a nationwide public pressure campaign after US Bank purchased it at the sheriff sale. He is now fighting to help other homeowners get the same deal he did to keep them in their homes.
“Do you know how much US Bank CEO Richard Davis made last year? Over 18 million dollars. And now he wants my house without so much as a good faith negotiation? Well guess what… he can’t have it!” said John Vinje, US Bank customer fighting foreclosure and Vietnam Veteran.

Folks, did anyone notice how “cold” this house is? I mean, really, it has no color, no hue. no warmth….it is plain COLD, just like the cold greedy heart of its tenant! It reaks of evil…..
I noticed Bobbi..they are a freak show..The taxpayers are probably footing the bill for his security detail too..! It is eerie looking…I wouldnt want to know what is lurking around or is hidden inside of there..! MWAHAHA..!
we are coming to get the bastards now, the sleeping monsters have awaken and we are going to take back what is ours
Yeah, this is the same pretender lender that’s trying to steal my home. Funny, they still can’t seem to produce any paperwork to show standing. They were the eeny-meeny-miney-mo pick to try fraudclosure on me. Never ever heard of them until we got served in Oct. 2009. Summary judgement denied to them. Everybody listen, DO NOT MOVE OUT OF YOUR HOMES!!! Make them prove everything, question everything. I am not going anywhere.
i am so happy for you special. please help us on foreclosure hamlet let us know how you were denid summary judgement. please help. some of us have lawyers and some do not. whar state.. i am in florida
i am waiitng for my motion to dissmiss. i have a lawyer. but still worried. welss fargo playing owner and servicer
Look, the fight is not over. OCWEN now thinks we owe them $$$, transferred to them thru the Litton acquisition. They still will not reply to discovery requests & continually contact us even though they have a cease & desist order. These fuckers do not care. Still come by & take pics of the house when I am not home because they know I will run them off. If your name is listed as owner in the county property records, pay your property taxes & Insurance separately as we still do because that’s how our original loan was written up, I do not believe, if you fight them, that they have any grounds to take your house. This is a business decision that me & my wife made 3 years ago. After I realized that Litton was only a servicer & they could not tell me who owned the note, we said FU. That promiissory note is the same as cash & probably paid for a bridge in Thailand or somewhere. I will not pay Larry Litton, OCWEN or US Fucking Bank a dime unless proved otherwise. And yes, we are one of the cases clogging up the PB County courts. Don’t blame me, I demand my rights & if the other side is not trying to prosecute their case, then there you have it. I have been greatly helped by the folks in Broward County: Home Owners Helpline, http://www.stopgreedybanks.com. Yes we paid them a significant amount of money, but they know what they are doing & have also helped friends we have referred them to. I also think that ICE Legal is doing a great job here in PB county. We still have a ways to go, but we are eternal optimists. Question everything, deny any signatures they represent with your name on it & keep fighting.
