hello everyone.I enjoy this site a great deal…I had a trial mod with Chase bac k in 2009..I made the first two payments on time the third one was sent late dur to a hardship.Hours at work were reduced..I explained the situation to chase specialist they advived me to send the money which i did and they kept it ..In 2010..i had court ordred mediation..I was approved for a new mod on July 2011 to statrt payments on Sept.2011.I contacted Chase on Aug.31,2011 to make first payment due on Sept. 01, 2011.I was told that my loan went back in underwriting.Now they are saying that it was a mistake on their part that the second mod should not have been approved.Its one and done.I should shortsale my house…..I am constantly calling and pleading with them because want to put this issue behind me and move forward with my life..Anybody has any suggestion..being foreclosed by deutsche bank had my original loan with longbeach…
