From the PB Post…
In the day’s biggest drama, Clerk of Courts Sharon Bock drew a Democratic primary challenge from foreclosure activist Lisa Epstein, who opened a campaign in March but was wavering until today on whether to make her challenge official.

On a related (LLC) issue, The PB Post Thursday announced the mortgage industry is creating 150 jobs in Boca, in order to qualify for incentives.
“Digital Risk sells its services to lenders, investors and mortgage servicers. The company says it helps lenders predict when borrowers will miss payments. If Digital Risk hires 150 by the end of 2014, it will received $750,000 in public incentives, from the county, Palm Beach and Boca collectively.
D.R. says it’s hiring underwriters, processors, closers, compliance experts and appraisers. They expect to hire 300 b the end of this year.”.

You go Lisa , email me or call me I need to talk to you about my case, I am thinking of adding the recorders office in my amended complaint ?
Not for this reason , but I have been meaning to ask if anyone that might know of how to get the old grantor/ grantee search for Orange County CA . They have changed it ( The O.C. Grantor / Grantee search ) it is no good in finding what we need. I am wondering if anyone knows how to get to the old one? If any one has any links or web addresses. I Dislike the new one.
Thanks in advance.
