Attorney Claims County Officials Did Nothing While People Faced Unfair (MERS) Foreclosure
Same Method of Operation here in Solano Co., CA. I filed a complaint with the DA here 8 months before I was fraudulently foreclosed on when the wrong loan number, wrong loan terms, wrong payment etc was used to claim default when BOA accepted the true original loan payment after they made the changes and after 6 mos then decided not to accept it any longer and claimed default of my 52%LTV loan. The judges were in on it too.
A lot of us did try to fight! Got me no where. Ruined credit homeless health is a mess. Nothing worse than losing ones home and income. If a senior you will never get it back! Help? Yes get with your banker! Isn’t working? Shortsale? Very funny they will foreclose with or without agent. 2 foreclosures 1 shortsale this merrygoround started in 2008 finally they won. 20 percent down? Nothing mattered. Was dragged on just to drain all finances 401? Savings? But of coarse! All lies they never intended on helping! Yes some are helped most were not.

We have to educate and protect ourselves because there is too much corruption. The politicians need to be voted out starting at the local level on up and replaced with all of us. We need to have a referendum on the 2012 ballot to restore the rule of law, the U.S.C. and issue our own currency.

We need to start issuing our own currency via State banks. The FED is insolvent. We need to return this nation to the rule of law by restoring the U.S.C. and issuing our own currency. The FED monetary system was set up so that we would fail. No one needs them. Their quadrillion dollar debt can never be repaid. They intend to create global poverty and slavery for the people from their debts. NO ONE BENEFITS FROM FRAUDULENTLY INDUCED POVERTY AND SLAVERY BUT THEM.
