Wells Fargo: Stop the Foreclosure on my Dead Mother’s Home

Like vultures, Wells Fargo waited.
The house that my mother, Marjorie Gibson, owned is the only home our family has had for over two generations. I know she wanted me to have the house to live in and take care of my grandchildren in because she left it to me in her will. But after I cremated her, while tears where not yet dried on our cheeks, Wells Fargo moved to foreclose on her house.
Wells Fargo claims to have spoken to my mother while she was on her deathbed. But I know she was too weak to talk because I was there, caring for her. They claimed they served her the Notice of Default but it was served three months after she had died. Now the bank refuses to acknowledge me as an executor of the estate and title holder of the house. They have refused to communicate with anyone other than my dead mother.
My name is Gail Leeks. I am 65 years old and I have no retirement and I am still working full-time to support myself, my children, and my grandchildren. This home is the only thing I have and without it I will be homeless.
My family is doing everything we can to keep this home. I am capable of paying the mortgage but the bank refuses to talk to me or give me any information, even though I’ve sent them document after document proving it. I even sent them a check for $5000 and they returned it to me with a letter saying that it was not enough — but they will not tell me how much IS enough.
I’ve been trying to communicate with Wells Fargo for eight months. I’ve spent hours on the phone speaking with customer service representatives who won’t provide me with any information. All they can tell me is that they have received my documents and they are “reviewing” it. Despite my repeated calls, letters, emails and faxes, they still won’t tell me how to save the house.
All I want is for Wells Fargo Bank to stop the foreclosure, give me information on how much more owed on the house, give me information on what I can do to make up the payments my mother missed while she was dying of cancer and give me information on what I can do to make sure this is the best loan I can get.

Wells Fargo is fully “supported” by the US Justice Department, the Treasury Department, the Administration and the USA’s overlord, Wall Street.
They don’t care, they never will, and they have planned to escalate their levels of “social control” if necessary. To that end, Wells Fargo is an obedient co-operative, doling out violence when deemed appropriate under the guise of so-called “contract law” or “moral hazard”.
Communication with a financial terrorist is indeed futile. Keep hammering the machine peacefully, it will fail.
Exactly correct. Add the court system for the most part and judiciary (rare exceptions in NY and FL). Judges retirements are tied to Banks stock performance. Most should recuse themselves. In CA, a bank does not have to prove any ownership (note holder) in chain of title-they just have to be a bank. The main focus is on the dead beat homeowner that hasn’t paid-never mind the fraud, forgery, filing false documents, etc. I thought of changing my name to add N.A. and start foreclosing on all the properties in CA :-). Big gun (lots of money) = the law. This is like the wild west except no guns only big money is like the fastest gun. Average homeowner has no chance. Litigation costs are rediculous. There is no longer rule of law in this country-will be interesting to see how it plays out. I think we are in the final stages of a failed Federal Reserve system.

Totally agree-Wells Fargo is ruthless. They are motivated by unmitigated greed. They make 6 times the amount in foreclosure sale than they do if people make their payments. They have no motivation financially to help anyone, even those willing and able to pay. The government is complicit in this as well. I am signing the petition as well. I am sorry for this familiy, but the time is near Habakuk 2:2-14 where the “creditors and debtors” will change places and those that have been made rich through promissory notes and extortion will be revealed for who they are. God will avenge in time and creditors will be afraid.
Feel terrible for this family.Please go to the nearest lawyer who knows about the foreclosure crisis and get someone to help you.If that is not possible try for an advocacy program or a law school.Either should be able to help or at least give advice.Hurry don’t walk ,Run.
