In re: JUANITA STRASSFIELD
In a Chapter 7 bankruptcy case in the SDNY Judge Drain has been really angry at Wells Fargo for its b.s. docs including an assignment of mortgage notarized two days before the mortgage existed. In the attached order (issued today), he not only denies the relief from stay and not only awards fees but also says:
“ORDERED that the entry of this Order is without prejudice to the right of any party interest, including, without limitation, the United States Trustee, to seek further relief based on the alleged improper filing of false documents with the Court.”

it’s obviously a club similar to reporting law enforcement abuse.
what happens ?
and being they are FILING bogus reports to begin with most likely if someone has the energy they’d find MORE IRREGULARITIES with date/time stamping, clients NOT GETTING THEIR notices for appearance etc on and on.
for example YOU go to the record room court clerk to RETRIEVE a document on October 17 and YOU WITNESS the record on the computer screen AND YOU SEE what you are looking for
for an action that took place 5 weeks ago is not listed.
YOU GO BACK a week LATER and it’s there BUT DATED AS FILED BACK IN SEPTEMEBER.
They DO WHAT THEY WANT.
IT’S ONE GREAT BIG CLUB AND WE AIN’T MEMBERS.
and NO MATTER HOW SICK IT MAKES YOU-go through THEIR BS BILS with a fine tooth comb and a microscope.
you can file a complaint against your attorney…do so for the record…
Drain!!
In my case there was no notary at the closing but when I went to clerks office to see the papers filed, i found two of the same notary stamps on two different pages with COMPLETELY DIFFERENT SIGNATURES. HOWEVER WHEN BROUGHT TO MY LAWYERS ATTENTION–THE NEXT TIME I ASKED TO SEE THOSE PAPERS ONE PAGE WAS RIPPED OUT! Lawyer says she does not recall. LOST MY HOME–never got to speak to judge. My lawyer filed my answering papers late–so none of my defenses were considered
