“You work for the people not the banks!”
“You have made a decision to protect the banks but not to help the families who were illegally foreclosed on. Families get pennies on the dollar for being the victims of illegal activities. And you know of cases where the banks broke the laws, but you are not going to tell the homeowners. People want to know that their regulators are watching out for the American public, not the banks.”

The banks give the lawyers or regulators a whole loaf of bread $$$$$…….for settling bread crumbs $ to the millions of people whom had our homes taking from us by the banks……..Reverse Robin Hood…banks paying the regulators millions to protect their interest…not the people whom lost our homes….God Help Us! i think her point was for us to use the ag findings for ourselves after all their meticulous research
I filed a complaint directly to the OCC/CAG 11-28-2011 and was given case #01887017. I also filed
for review of my foreclosure in the Independant Foreclosure Review 12-28-2011 and was given Ref.# 1811662791. The case filed with the OCC/CAG should have concluded in about 90 days. The OCC/CAG deliberately held up giving me a decision for over a year and ywo months pretending to need information from BoA they already had. Finally on January 30, 2013 I recieved a letter from the OCC/CAG stating that my case was being dismissed because it was in the scope of the IFR. Prior to the dismissal I had been told by the OCC/CAG Houston Office Manager Ms. Melinda Goodnight that Mr. Larry Hattix had instructed them not to review my case and to dismiss my case and all case like mine were to be handled this way. In other words the OCC has thousands of claims filed to them directly like mine THEY refused to review, held up, and dismissed to keep the harm the servicers did to us hidden was. By the way I am one of the 53 forclosed on who was not in default and one of the 2800 original cases reviewed in the OCC in 2010 they did nothing then, The things done in regards to the IFR was conspired and more than poor management. I have much more proof of this. I am also one of 250 borrowers claims reviewed by 39 state attorney generals in 2010, they did nothing to stop what happened to us none of them. We had one of the first post in August of 2008. Check it out (Countrywide Cashing in on Surprising Group of Homeowners | The Consumer Warning Network
@ derrick haley – and what did you get for all your time and trouble with those filings? Yea, I thought so. Checks are in the mail, though, so be sure to come back to this posting and let us know how YOU were commpensated!
Big thanks to Ms. Warren.
In our law suit, if it ever gets to a trial by jury, playing the tapes like this one will still get a response from 12 people that will be unbelievable to the bank.
Sure makes the point banks have definitely done illegal foreclosures as we are claiming and the regulators hired by us to protect us, the little people, are protecting the banks against our need for justice. If Ms. Warren with her political pull and savvy can’t get a copy of the proof, what chance do we or our attorney have of getting it?
Oh well, the jury will just have to assume the worse for the bank or mortgage company.
She has the guts to do what she was elected to do. Too bad there aren’t more of Congress person Warren. Maybe there’s still hope. BTW, I just can’t get over with all of the money (salary) and ‘other’ compensation paid to these regulators that Mr. Ashton has not fixed his teeth!!! Just watching him speak gives me the creeps like I want to pass him a log to chew on. Not being sarcastic but when you’re out in public in such a position you should portray someone who cares about you, the citizen. How can you trust someone to take care of you when they don’t even take care of themselves? Just sayin….
