Please clarify: Lynn’s case was filed June 2011. Where is it now? Was this the case that was ‘settled’ out of court? Part in part of the National Fraud Settlement with the AG’s? Not quite sure what relevance this would have (unsealing) at this point if this case was part of the National Settlement….??
In the first case $95 million was adjudicated ($ 18 for her)
Now in this one, she’s gonna be able to go after ALL the other thieves.
