I was living in the property at the time. I went away for a few days to come to a home to notice my locks were changed and my personal items were removed. I knew who removed the items because a safeguard sign in sheet was on the counter. Per law they can only remove personnel Property if it’s in foreclosure not pre foreclosure. I called safeguard (Renee) and filled out a report. Of course Safeguard denies any wrong doing. I want to get an attorney or go to court and hold safeguard liable for every red cent including court cost and attorney fees. I live in Holiday Florida. Any ideas? Thanks Scott

My door locks were changed while I was in hospital, then changed again after I got home. The Bank was not at fault it was the KASS SCHUYLER LAW FIRM IN TAMPA, FL, who took over from David Stern indicted for criminal fraud. In my case “they were doing a favor for PAVESE LAW FIRM OF FORT MYERS, FL. who I discovered using corrupt managers to alter checks, change internal documents and file fabricated law suits. They continue to harass & use judges to harass me. They are criminals who belong I jail but how can we fight them? My home in CA was bombed then Local Gov. tore it down before TRAVELERS INSURANCE CO. dealt with me. Collusion to defraud the public.
