So much fraud with the banks and there a no of class action lawsuit but the banks are forclousing
That judge made a great connection between the bank and the mean old banker “Potter” from It’s A Wonderful Life! Another victory for foreclosure defense. He has had dozens of complaints with the Florida Bar which is also a collective group of “couldn’t make it New York so let’s move to florida lackeys.” The client is lucky that Brian Korte showed up in court and wasn’t at the Bentley Dealer spending his clients fee’s as he’s done in the past.
There is so much bank fraud and it is a mess robo signing mers they don’t have the note this has been the worse in America history
