Did White House Push for Fake News Story About Seth Rich’s Death to Distract from Russia?
The Fox News Channel and a wealthy supporter of President Trump worked in concert under the watchful eye of the White House to concoct a story about the death of a young Democratic National Committee aide, according to a lawsuit filed Tuesday.
The explosive claim is part of a lawsuit filed against Fox News by Rod Wheeler, a longtime paid commentator for the news network. The suit was obtained exclusively by NPR.
Wheeler alleges Fox News and the Trump supporter intended to deflect public attention from growing concern about the administration’s ties to the Russian government. His suit charges that a Fox News reporter created quotations out of thin air and attributed them to him to propel her story.

Rod Wheeler vs Twenty-First Century Fox., Fox News
Hannity needs to join the ranks of the rest of the deposed-dearly-departed-fake scum from Fox faux news. Trouble is the factless faithful fox followers want to believe this tripe and hang on every word because they hate Democrats, those liberal atheist gay loving baby killers. Lying, making up evil stories like the one degrading Seth Rich and his parents or Russian collusion, money laundering, doesn’t cause them to lose any sleep and they will consider this lawsuit more fake news. That Trump and his family support and urge Fox to broadcast lies is unforgivable. When will we rid ourselves of this nightmare in the White House?
WOW! So many contradictions of yourself in that post. I can’t really determine if you’re calling the Republicans the ‘liberal atheist gay loving baby killers’ or the Democrats. Nothing here anywhere to indicate that Trump supported this Fox News story and in fact it was stated that Spicer admitted it was not true that Trump even saw the report. Exactly what ‘nightmare’ are you referring to in the WH that we need to get rid? Besides, don’t those (news reporter) hosts relay on their management to approve the validity of a story? To my knowledge it is not the responsibility of one who is just speaking of ‘according to’ to validate that story. Blame the management but at least put the blame where it belongs. And JMO, but everything I’ve read about the murder of Seth Rich does not point to robbery, of all things.
