See How Easy That Was? Thoughts Based on a true story…

At the beginning of 7th grade, the teacher, Ms. Tracy Jacob, put on the projector and told the class to take notes while a film was playing. 10 minutes into the screening, Jill starting yelling at Billy Stevens, known to be somewhat of a class clown, for not taking the notes as he was told to do.

The teacher reprimanded the student and asked the class if anyone would like to stand up for Billy, since he was a star football player and could use some support.

Sally and a few others raised their hand to support Billy as he was clearly taking notes. The class could actually see the notes he wrote, in real time, on the paper in front of him.

But that didn’t matter. One after another, the teacher, Ms. Jacob, shot down and silenced anyone in the class that spoke out. She even got all of her fact checking colleagues involved at the school.

When no one was left to object to her position that Billy was not taking notes as instructed, she sent him to the principal’s office to be suspended.

As soon as Billy left the classroom, the teacher said, “See how easy that was”, threw away his notes and reached out to the school’s newspaper editorial board, which Jill ran, to give them the “scoop” of Billy’s defiance and punishment for doing so, to be published the next day.

The rest of the year, no one in Ms. Jacob’s class challenged anything she said out of fear of being falsely accused (canceled) and getting sent to the principal’s office, since no one in the class ultimately stood up for Billy.

That’s an example of how this all started.

Now we are here.

How did we let this happen? This needs to stop NOW.

Pray for the Americans and our Afghan allies left behind.

This bloodshed is on all of you that conspired in installing a false leader. You know who you are.
