So far this is not going well simply because the right questions are not being asked. Mr arnold should be getting reamed right now as lack of standing is a HUGE issue, and MERS is most responsible for this. MERS needs to be indicted for their fraud and crime.
Maxine did get in a cute little joke about ‘depositions from the employees’ and noting ‘we don’t have any from MERS.’ Playing up the notion that MERS has no employees.
