David J. Stern’s DJSP Letter to the State Agency for Workforce Innovation “Mass Layoff of 96 of its Remaining 150 Employees and the Company May Cease to Operate”
Those of you in FL should try to contact the “disenfranchised” employees. Maybe they will be pissed enough to detail the extent of the fraud, and what other companies used their services. May open a whole new avenue.
Stern will just reinvent themselves. Once you know how to game the system, its like riding a bicycle. Look for them to open shop elsewhere with the same old tactics under a different name. Hey, maybe they will come on over to Arkansas and Tennessee, join Wilson and Associates, massive foreclosure mill that advertises their MERS held houses and forecloses in non-judicial states. Who knows what is going on there but I can tell you for a fact, they don’t always have good title to sell. Beware buyers of REOs!
Sorry…no pity for any of them here. Hey, Mr. Stern, I heard there a lots of job openings helping clean out the foreclosed upon homes…..gee, maybe some of them were customers of your clients.
My parents brought us to live by the Golden Rule. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Well they asked for it and they got it. These people didn’t care about anyone but themselves. Most of these people knew they were doing something wrong and eventually all would come tumbling down. So we don’t want to hear any of their sob stories because they chose not listen to the distressed people’s cries for compassion. The only stories we want to hear from these people is the truth as to what was going on in that Stern Factory of Hell.
Well more people on unemployment, more people being foreclosed on,more people forced on to the already beleagered system. All happening to people who contributed to the overall demise of our great nation.I wish I could find it in my heart to forgive them and the part they played in all of this.Don’t see that happening anytime soon. Now they will feel the pain and hardship the rest of us have already been faced with.I really would’nt wish this on anybody but they are where they are because of themselves.Personal responsibility is just like karma its a bitch when its pay back time.
Oh boohoo for all the employees that worked for a snake in the grass. They had no problem committing crimes but now want to cry about being out of a job.
Maybe the king of thieves should setup an agency to help his cohorts, maybe he could take a couple of million
and setup a fund to pay his cohorts until they can find good jobs not stealing from the american people.
Stern is a scumbag that needs to be in jail next to Madoff. I am apalled at our justice system as they let this guy get away with his crimes. If you or I broke into a house and rented it out to homeless families we would get arrested and charged with outlandish crimes. But Stern who through the help of his cohort employees commited fraud and stole 1000,s of homes in Florida can just sail away on his yacht called “misunderstood” to who knows where and live of his illegal gains.
Florida Attorney General get a grip, grow some balls, and put stern and his clansman behind bars.
