It’s about damn time…

Been sitting on this one for a few weeks. Was waiting until someone in the media picked it up…

We knew something was up from the search traffic on Cullaro from various media outlets to the site, especially the NY Times, and confirmed her termination last week.

Moral to the story is, media, please keep the attention on fraudclosures. We would not be this far without you.

Assistant attorney general tied to foreclosure mill fired

By SHANNON BEHNKEN | The Tampa Tribune

TAMPA — The attorney general’s office has fired Erin Cullaro, an assistant Florida attorney general reprimanded last year for moonlighting for a “foreclosure mill.”

The termination follows a second reprimand in March from Gov. Rick Scott’s office, which questioned variations of her signature on legal documents.

The signature that was used to notarize affidavits of “reasonable attorney fees” is not the same signature she was commissioned to use, according to a letter from Scott’s office.

The April termination came from the office of Attorney General Pam Bondi. Jenn Meale, communications director for Bondi’s office, said “when the management team reviewed its personnel, they decided to terminate (Cullaro’s) employment.” Meale offered no further explanation.

Ricardo A. Roig, a Tampa lawyer who represents Cullaro, said “there is no evidence of wrongdoing.”

“There’s no question Erin complied with the spirit and the letter of the law,” Roig said. “There are differences in her signatures, but a lot of people change the way they sign their name.”

You can check out the rest of the report here…

Much more below….

As for the signatures, NOBODY changes their signatures like the examples above. Especially when they would vary from week to week.

Here is a copy of an Oath she signed back in 1996…

Her “real” signature sure looks like the examples above /sarcasm…

Anyway, for those who do not know who Ms Cullaro is, we will provide some background…

Way back in 2009, we discovered Ms Cullaro was working for both the Attorney General’s Economic Crimes division at the same time she was working for the Florida Default Law Group, an entity that her office was investigating.

The following ensued…

From March 2010…

Attached here is a must read Motion along with a copy of a transcript from a hearing held in a Volusia County Courtroom.  The Motion lays out a very disturbing set of allegations…

This is a foreclosure action filed by WELLS FARGO BANK, NA (the “BANK”). The BANK is represented by Florida Default Law Group, P.L. (“FDLG”). On behalf of the BANK in this case, and on behalf of other clients in other cases, FDLG filed affidavits to establish that the attorneys’ fees it was allegedly paid were reasonable. The affidavits purport to have been executed by Lisa Cullaro, the appointed expert on attorneys’ fees. The notary who allegedly administered the expert’s oath and vouched for her signature was Erin Cullaro, a former employee of FDLG and now an Assistant Attorney General in the Economic Crimes Division of the Office of the Attorney General.

Economic Crimes Division. The same Economic Crimes Division that investigates firms like the FDLG?

What is it that William Black said?

“The Best Way to Rob a Bank Is to Own One“

Well How about this…

“The best way to stop an investigation is to become one of the investigators“

Not only was Erin just a former employee, it looks like she was one of the lead counsel for Michael Echeverria, the owner of FDLG (Florida Default Law Group)

Just recently their website http://www.echevarria.com/AttorneyProfiles.htm went “offline” but Google cashed version is here…

I also archived it here…

The public records request also revealed that Ms. Cullaro completed a “Request for Approval of Dual Employment” (From the Florida Attorney General’s Office) in which she certified that her secondary job notarizing documents “does not create a conflict of interest (as specified in Chapter 112, Part III, Florida Statutes) nor the appearance of impropriety…”  Ms. Cullaro’s dual employment was limited to Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 7:00 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. Defendants proffer that they will show affidavits executed on days other than those approved by the Office of the Attorney General and that travel records suggest that Ms. Cullaro would have not been present in Florida on the date and time that an affidavit was notarized.

Mind blowing, isn’t it?

But wait, there’s more…

After all this broke, we came to find out about this…

13TH CIRCUIT JNC ANNOUNCES CANDIDATES FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY COURT JUDICIAL VACANCY

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

December 21, 2009

CONTACT: Pedro F. Bajo, Jr., Chairman; pedro.bajo@akerman.com ,
13th Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission
TELEPHONE: (813) 223-7333

The Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission is pleased to announce the following candidates will be interviewed for appointment to the currently vacant position of county court judge in and for Hillsborough County:

Lawrence Anzalone
Robert A. Bauman
Patrick Bowler Courtney
Erin Collins Cullaro

Fortunately, she did not get the position…

Pretty crazy right? Well, it gets even better…

After Erin and her sister in law were caught with their hands in the foreclosure cookie jar, they “promised” in court not to do it ever again…

“The Cullaros Promise Not to Provide Any More Expert or Notary Services…”

Next, the Cullaros promise this Court that they have ceased providing any expert witness or notary services to FDLG “and have no intention” to so in the future”.

Instead they found a replacement to handle the workload for the foreclosure mill…

Next, the Cullaros promise this Court that they have ceased providing any expert witness or notary services to FDLG “and have no intention” to so in the future”.

Kind of like when a shoplifter gets caught walking out of the store with some merchandise, then trying to give it back promising never to do it again to avoid being prosecuted, right?

Well, to my surprise, it seems like they are living up to their promise, kind of…

It looks like Erin Cullaro and Lisa Cullaro are no longer providing Expert or Notary services to the FDLG.

Since they have been replaced by JOHN CULLARO, ERIN’S CULLARO’S HUSBAND!!!

Interestingly enough, John Cullaro is a DUI Defense Attorney who now is also an “Expert Witness” for Reasonable Attorney Fees for Foreclosure cases.

Go figure…

Guess the FDLG money is too great to pass up, even if it opens the door to potential depositions and other legal issues that may haunt John in the months to come…

So there you have it. It was a long time coming.

Oh, and one last thing. The tribune also mentioned something about Cullaro’s “termination follows a second reprimand in March from Gov. Rick Scott’s office, which questioned variations of her signature on legal documents.”

Wonder what that was all about… Oh, yea, it was this… Lisa has her hand in everything…

I could bet Ms. Cullaro is not the only person who works for a state AG who is involved in this. I am wondering if anyone is aware of anymore AG-employed robo-signors out there? Let us know so we can call them out as well. Maybe if we find more, the 50 state AG investigation become serious, and lead to prosecutions. This would only be done to save face, of course….

  4. She should have been fired the first time this shit hit the fan….and put into the cement hole to wait her day in court….Just WHO made the decision to ‘ scold ‘ her but let this wench continue working a two faced job…right in the State Attorneys office….how close is that for a crime being done right under the nose of Chief Law Enforcement…especially since she had already been quilty the first time caught….would not the blood hounds be sniffing around her and trailing her? The sick part of all this is…it takes a citizen to fight the fight and prove the wench and her in law wench need to be tied in front of the Capitol and stoned by the people….that is the only way justice will be done….I find it hard to digest the fact that neither one of these animals have felt the cold cuffs on the wrist or heard the clinking of the bars slaming shut and locked……as some victims experienced when being evicted and were fighting for their rights….THE FIGHT HAS JUST GOTTEN STRONGER……

    • AND MS. CULLARO WORKED IN THE CRIMINAL DIVISION OF THE AG OFFICE…. A CRIMINAL INVESTIGATING OTHER CRIMINALS…… WHAT A PERFECT PLACE TO HIDE YOUR OWN CRIMES….MS. BONDI BETTER HEED THE WARNINGS THAT MANY EYES ARE WATCHING…SHE HAS A HABIT OF FORGETTING WHO SHE ACTUALLY WORKS FOR….AND IT IS NOT THE BANKERS ASSOCIATION….THEY MAY HANG AROUND THE CAPITOL AS HOME BASE….BUT WE ARE AWARE OF THIS…AND SO FAR SHE HAS NOT DONE WHAT WE ASKED HER TO DO…..WE HAVE TO DO HER JOB AND INVESTIGATE OUR WAY…..WHAT IS WRONG HERE ???? IF SHE DOES NOT HAVE THE BACKBONE TO DO HER JOB IN A PROPER MANNER…..LEAVE NOW….DON’T WASTE OUR TIME WITH GAMES…..WE ARE NOT IN THE PLAYING MOOD. THE FIGHT HAS JUST GOTTEN STRONGER AND IS SPREADING FAST……NOW WHO IS NEXT ??????????????????.

      • TheHutMaster says:

        You go Marilyn!

It is time for US to startt doing their job.

I propose step 1. Fire Bondi and Scott. Both pompus 4ucknuts.
Scott made me sick each time i heard him sprew at the moth “Let’s Get To Work”.
        Screw them both.

I have said for a time now, we need to group and get this done BEFORE ITS TOO LATE!!!!

Ya blew it Pam, TheHutMater thought you were kinda cute although, now he wants to PUKE.

The Economic Crimes Division, no less. I would also love to know if she had access to MERS. Just imagine the havoc she could create on that. She could even do that from the privacy of her office at the AGO.

      • Tim Bryant says:

I thought you Floridians would get a kick out of this. It is Pam Bondi’s statement to protect you from fraud and prosecute those who perpetrate it. But alas, that was just campaign rhetoric…

  5. JamesM says:

Forget the variation in signatures, Florida Statute 117 says that signing with an initial instead of commissioned signature is a PROHIBITED act.

You don’t have to argue variation when you can clearly demonstrate a prohibited act, which makes the jurat (notary block) void.

Go for the things that clearly violate rule and statute, not things that might be discretionary.

  6. l vent says:

I looks like she has some white powdery substance on her face, they are all hanging out together at the Federal Reserve, snorting some of that cocaine mountain they have in there. It is all over the fake paper trash money they create and it is all over their faces.

I KNOW SOME COCOS GUNNA LOVE FEDERAL PRISON!

  9. incognito123 says:

Hey Mike, she wasn’t the only one that contributed to that second reprimand!!! :-)

  10. Javagold says:

    FUCK YOU PAM BONDI !

  11. Dan says:

This is ridiculous. There shouldn’t have been a first warning she should have got the axe and than shoved in a cell to think things over for awhile. Think about it, she destroys american lives including the ones protecting her (veterans) and this is how she repays us? I really wish it was like the olden days when you broke out the rope and through it over the tree and cleaned this earth from trash like her. America makes me sick at times to look back and see what they allow.

  12. maggie may says:

    lol

  13. CoCo says:

Well, when does she go to theFEDERAL PEN? This is a crime and knowing fraud has been committed upon the public and the court. If these people are not prosecuted why are bank robbers, thieves and other unsavory persons prosecuted? Just because you used to hold a position of status does not exempt you from the law-or maybe it does now. Criminal acts are just that-they are prosecuted for wrong doing. Maybe the criminals that are in jail or about to go to jail need to contest their plights-what is good for the goose is good for the gander. Can’t have a dual system. If we don’t push for these ‘highstepper” criminals to be prosecuted, we have lost not only our sense of justice but we are condoning criminal acts against ourselves, our families and the CONSTITUTION. Why should these people be allowed to go home to a house that is furnished and paid for by corruption.? She took your house, your dignity and she destroyed your life because she is a crook. She most likely lives a LARGE LIFESTYLE WHILE YOU WORRY ABOUT WHERE YOUR NEXT MEAL IS COMING FROM. I think a nice little gray cell with a toilet that doesn’t work and a one ply roll of toilet paper every week or so is good for a start. What will she do without her manicure, pedicure, hairdreeser and make up? Could we say- show the ugly person that she really is. Let’s hope.

    • maggie may says:

      amen!

    • CoCo…I have said this all along…..the prison are filled with cases of crimes much less than what we are seeing, hearing and experiencing. No one is untouchable…..it does not matter who you are…what position you hold….if the laws are broken…a deliberate action….that person should see and hear the bars clinking shut and locked. Favortism to these criminals is aiding and abetting to that same crime…approving of a crime done….be it a judge or whoever….all need to be roped and stoned by the people. we have seen enough cover-ups and heard enough lies…and enough crimes ….It amazes me that Madoff is in prison…he robbed the wealthly….thats why. That is disgusting….no one has fooled any of the citizens….we are all in the shadows lurking behind them….

  14. see says:

Didn’t her job and the AG’s Office pay her enough? Or did she enjoy kicking people out of their homes so much that she could not get enough of it?

Way to go Lisa!!!!! Your dedication to the rights of homeowners is a precioius gift to us all.

  15. Mike says:

I received a notice granting relief from stay
    Can anyone help with that
    I’m in California
    Email info@automechanics.com
    Thanks

    • see says:

Mike, did you file bankruptcy? If so, that means the bank asked the judge to lift the stay to continue on with the foreclosure. The judge granted their request. My opinion based on my own foreclosure.

  16. AliceN.Wunderland says:

Perfect! And thank you for posting her picture. We the People need to see the pictures to see the whole picture. I feel sorry for her attorney kind of, he tried…wonder what he looks like.

  17. angry & NOT TAKING IT says:

you go LISA E…. dayuuuum u make me proud girl!

  18. J A says:

Awesome. I specifically (and showed proof) of her contribution to the fraud in my foreclosure case when I filed a complaint with the Florida AG’s office this past March. And of course Erin Cullaro’s robosigned signature was “notarized” by her relative Lisa Cullaro.

Finally, each day’s email updates on fraudclosuregate are beginning to show hints of some justice being done!

    :-D

  19. l vent says:

They should all reap what they have sown. She knew better, she knew what she was doing was wrong. This woman is a disgrace, a traitor to her country and to the American people she was supposed to helping to protect. The AG should be equally ashamed and this does not bode well for her either. There are many more like this hiding in plain sight and behind the scenes. This is only scratching the surface, but it is a start. .

    • l vent says:

This is just a small sampling of the dirtbags We The People are dealing with in this giant cover-up for the bigget Ponzi Scheme heist in our nation’s history. We will clearly be needing alot of Raid to killl all of these parasites and maggots.

  20. <3, <3, BAM! Keep up the good work everyone!! Please forward me ANYTHING from Florida that smells like Minnesota!!!

    • incognito123 says:

What are you looking for regarding MN? Myself and a friend have Bethany Hood from Dakota County (LPS) in our cases.

  21. TheHutMaster says:

    What a WHORE BAG!

I hope she goes to jail along with the Cocaine snorting SCUMBAGS at Florida DEFRAUD the LAW Group.

Let us continue to take out the TRASH!

  22. Fury says:
