Bail Denied | IMF Chief Dominique Strauss-Kahn Charged With Rape, Sexual Abuse, Unlawful Imprisonment

ABC has released the details of the full complaint issued against DSK:

International Monetary Fund chief Dominique Strauss-Kahn allegedly forced a New York City hotel housekeeper to perform oral sex and submit to anal sex, in addition to allegedly attempting to rape her, according to a complaint filed today by the office of Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance.

The complaint charges him with two counts of criminal sexual act in the first degree, one count of attempted rape, sexual abuse in the first degree, unlawful imprisonment, sexual abuse in the third degree and forcible touching.

The complaint is a terse charging document, less than a full page in length.

It charges that he forcibly touched the housekeeper’s breasts, attempted to pull off her panty hose, twice “forcibly made contact with his penis and the informant’s mouth” and that “the defendant engaged in oral sexual conduct and anal sexual conduct with another person by forcible compulsion.”

  1. Great scott…Strauss-Kahn has been replaced by the IMF’s # 2 guy…former vice-chairman of JP Morgan…..this Morgan Chase is haunting me….nothing but the Nazi’s rebirth….the only place you see Morgan / Chase is where fraud and shit is found….they are sneaky lying bastards….but on the other issue…if Strauss-Kahn is set-up…oh well….millions of people have been set up by the greedy bastards…they are all off the same blueprint. I have no pity for any of them….and more may be set up….this happens when they loose control and start casting aside who don’t follow their rules….usually it is a bullet not a sex act.

Really? Kinda like Fannie and Freddie, the so called, GSE’s,who the IMF owns, did to homeowners in the BIGGEST PONZI SCHEME SWINDLE AND HEIST IN HISTORY? WELL I’LL BE. I have no sympathy for the devil. I don’t care if he was set up and I don’t care if they manufactured alot of evidence, like Fannie and Freddies attorney did to homeowners they fraudclosed on, and then I don’t care if he gets found guilty and then I don;t care if he gets a good long ass ramming in prison. I hope he gets back everything he and the IMF dished out and then some. This isn’t his first offense. He has done stuff like this to women before. He is a scumbag.

  5. Salvatore R. Graziano says:

Not to sound like a conspiracy freak, and certainly not to give a lowlife bankster a pass on accountability, but didn’t the IMF just seriously ‘diss’ their compatriots here in the U.S. Banking System with their April 2011 Global Financial Stability Report and state in part that:

“Other policies aimed at reducing mortgage rates or maturity extensions have also had only limited success in reducing negative equity and the shadow inventory. These considerations suggest that more structural policies, such as renegotiation or some form of debt reduction—including writedowns of mortgage principal by banks—may be needed.24”

What fortuitous timing – do you think this PR snafu will help disabuse people of the thought that the IMF was onto something?
