You can see they’re all the same name – but they’re not written by the same person.

    MERS Impacted Foreclosures in Michigan:

    On April 21, 2011, the Michigan Court of Appeals determined that MERS is not eligible to take advantage of the non-judicial statutory foreclosure process in Michigan because MERS does not own or have an interest in the indebtedness secured by the mortgage, nor is MERS the servicer agent of the mortgage, as required by the statute. Most of the major title insurance company underwriters have ceased issuing title insurance for any properties where MERS foreclosed by advertisement.

    As a result, any Michigan REO properties in HUD’s inventory that cannot close due to an inability to obtain title insurance must be re-foreclosed in accordance with the Michigan Court of Appeals opinion. To facilitate this process, mortgagees should identify the affected properties within 7 business days of this notice and notify HUD’s Mortgagee Compliance Manager by email to: mcm-mers@mcbreo.com after which the properties will be re-conveyed by HUD to allow the mortgagee to cure the title defect.

    SAVE THE DATE: On June 1, 2011, HUD’s National Servicing Center is conducting a conference call to address questions and concerns regarding the re-conveyance process. Please submit any questions about the conference call to: mcm-mers@mcbreo.com by Friday, May 27, 2011 to enable HUD to answer them during the conference call. HUD intends to post FAQ’s surrounding this MERS issue on our website. The location will be announced in the conference call.

    For all of us that have been ousted from our properties with Forged Deeds from these fraudulent foreclosures, you are still the true owner of the properties.

Linda Green is the tip of the iceberg which includes Fidelity National Title knowingly insuring forged deeds,, infiltrating the land records with fraudulent documents, Fidelity’s network of attorneys bribing Judges, etc. etc.

      I found this linda green in a mortgage sign off so what does it mean to me? I am in mass and this is before the current mortgage listed thats there now from 2005…

        There is a website that online that updates robo-signers monthly.
        Linda Green is one of thousands. Her name is on paperwork in Plymouth County Ma. too.
        My note was robo signed by someone that signed as assistant vice pres. of the bank and assistant secretary of shipping.
