Kansas BK Judge in RE: Campoverde to Citimortgage (Agency Relationship Fail) “We can do things the easy way or the hard way.”

“The bottom line is that we can do this the easy way, or we can do this the hard way. So far, it appears CitiMortgage has elected to do things the hard way. The Court will not hesitate to require that CitiMortgage make a witness(es) available in Topeka, Kansas for a Rule 30(b)(6) deposition(s), with the deposition costs (and possibly the Trustee’s fees) to be borne by Citimortgage, on the issues in this case if it finds the Trustee’s Motion to Compel meritorious.”

You are right. Once fraud is claimed and the plaintiff cannot prove otherwise or they commit fraud by producing phony fraudulent docs, the Plaintiff should not get another chance in hell and should be severely punished. There is soo much arrogance and disrespect for the rights of the American people it is disgraceful..

i made a post on the new new jersy law and he erased it guess i was correct wish you could have read it. i will repeat myself and hopw you will read it an something needs to be done this crap is reminding me alot of the gold rush when the men on horses come to town with guns and start killing people and taking possesions. this is the same but diffent venue. the killing is happenign as a result of the forceful stealing of our property. my entire fiasco all started because i became unemplyed and asked wells fargo for help. not knowing mortgages were securitized they told me i could sign a forebearance. all i wanted was help with one month payment. sick.

back to my erased entry on thr new jersy law. our government is making laws for the banks to follow the laws. does not make sense. i also mentioned about floridas corrupt lawyer /ticket law how we can get a ticket higher a lawyer pay court costs and no points or driving school. i mention this because in flroida alot of foreclosures are “lost” so homeowners have to appeal. then they go to appeal and win. florida runs on corrupt money. so much mortgage fraud going on judges should have already got it in florida with 25% of americas floreclsoures yet the stealing of homes ocntinue/. when will it stop when will floriidans be safe in their homes again?

Just as we saw a few days ago, indeed, Bank of America is being given more time to explain itself and figure out where it needs to go to correct things. Not like they haven’t had forever to get their act right.
