    Hey ole buddy I remember 1993 in Atlanta and InBuckhead and having a Cold Coke Cola or was that a Mellow Yellow / anyway up the rear to RK Arnold and Mers bunch. It is time they and the too big to fail thieves get really what they deserve. Great report heavy on facts but that is as my favorite program of all time said” Just the Fact Mam , Just the Facts” Well I’m living inside the Eye of the Storm . I really think that could have been a better name since there are Millions living there each and every day.

    There is a new foreclosure law slated to take effect 10/1/12. It will turn Florida into a nonjudicial state and the banks will be relieved of any previous wrongdoings such as no assignment of mortgages, fake robo signers, etc. They can take your home quickly and it will not have to be sold via a foreclosure sale. You will not believe it. If we are going to fight, it has to be now.

    This is very imformative but what this is the poison and we all know it so what is the remedy???..My recorder’s office told me last fall my house is paid for I can live in it, sell it or do whatever I want with it..because of the banks lack of ever recording a proper assignment in the last 18 years…The statute of limitations in the State Of Illinois is 12 years to assign a lien to the deed. I have had my paid off recorded original Warranty Deed since the Origination Fraud occured in 1992..I have had many attorney’s tell me many things but mostly I am wrong and that what they told me at the recorder of deeds office is not true…I know the attorneys are lying to me..I would not have that deed in my possession if their were a lien on my property. Same with my commercial property, I have the deed stamped paid from the recorders office..The clerk at the recorders office seemed horrified to learn my Commercial Property was in foreclosure when I was standing there holding the deed to that property in my hand. I went to the recorders office to find out if there were any liens on my deeds and on my home property she could not get to my deed until she sent me into the attorney’s office on site and the attorney gave me my old pin, which I did not know I had a new pin..and there all of the ORIGINATION FRAUD WAS HIDDEN UNDER THE OLD PIN # and then the clerk was able to get right to my deed, LIEN FREE…same with the commercial property, RIGHT TO THE DEED, LIEN FREE……If there was a lien on my property’s the lien search would not go right to my paid off deeds and I would not have my paid off deeds in my possession..SECURITIZATION AUDIT MY ASS…..ALL OF THE PROOF YOU NEED IS AT THE RECORDER OF DEEDS OFFICE…..IF THERE ARE ANY ENFORCEABLE LIENS..YOU WOULD NOT HAVE YOUR DEED IN YOUR HAD..ALL OF THE REST OF IT IS BULLSHIT…MONEY MAKING BULLSHIT..YOUR HOUSE HAS BEEN PAID OFF FREE AND CLEAR SINCE THE ORIGINATION FRAUD OCCURRED..So what now????, you are supposed to pay for a securatization audit when ALL OF THE PROOF YOU NEED IS AT THE COUNTY RECORDERS OFFICE THAT THESE ARE UNSECURED LOANS AND THEY LOST TRACK OF OWNERSHIP OF THE LOAN AT ORIGINATION WHEN THEY FAILED TO DELIVER THE SECURITY INSTRUMENTS TO THE TRUSTS…???? Then the attorney that you hire is going to tell you we want to do a securtization audit and they are going to tell you GUESS WHAT YOU ARE THE ONE IN A GAGILLLION, we found your SECURITIZED LOAN AT THE SEC AND NOW YOU HAVE TO START PAYING A MORTGAGE AGAIN BECAUSE NOW YOUR LOAN IS IN A GLOBAL TRUST AND THE WHOLE WORLD OWNS AMERICAS MORTGAGES???? They want a quick fix, that is the impression I got from the attorney I met with today well screw them, I am not falling for it or believing any more of their lies and bullshit..I have the deeds toboth of my properties and therefore my properties are lien free.       I just want to say that I am not mad at Nye, I appreciate everything he has to say in this paper…I am just sick of the b.s. and it this point, I am really pissed off and do not want to hear a word from anyone or anything assosciated with the Vatican…They falsely represented who they really were and deceived me for most of my life and now I hate these people and everything they stand for is just a cover up for all of their evil plans…I realize they probably use the Knight of Columbus to make themselves look good but none of them had any business investing in our mortgage debt and that should have never been allowed.         Not long after my loan mod fiasco when I was denied the loan mod at the last second I knew I was treated unfairly by the lender and could not get answers so a friend told me to call the FBI..White Collar Crimes division…The agent told me that this is all the GSE’s fault…I agree but I put the blame more squarely on the U.S. GOVERNMENT for allowing the GSE’s to buy back the mortages for pennies on the dollar backed by the IMF…….

    Amazing. An A+++++++++ paper. The author’s efforts are so appreciated. Thank you for posting! This is amazing reading and I can’t wait to spend time studying it even further.

    These banks continue to engage in fraudulent conduct because they believe they can. It would seem that our only option is to “fight” – because it is in the fight itself that the opponent will be tested and will hopefully lose (if the judge understands these frauds). It seems otherwise, the banks charge ahead – and they hope the homeowner will just “roll over” for them to proceed. Don’t do it!

    We’ve had three different foreclosure docs filed on our property in two years – and each foreclosure notice named a different entity. First was MERS (and it wasn’t a MERS loan / no MERS in document); then it was a bank (oops, they must’ve then realized their the servicer only) and then it was the bank trustee (oops…who is under the regulatory microscope now…and has suspended all foreclosures until further notice). I believe the trustee failed under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement(s) and therein lies the problem, at least in our case.

    Fight the good fight – never give up.

      Thank You Nye for sharing 20 years of your work , its amazing that they pulled this off in plain site &
      almost got away . Their people killing toxic products and corruption have spread and effected too many countries & economies now , resulting in global high unemployment . They cannot undue the damage done over the last 20 years , jobs are nowhere , and they failed to see this risk . Finally everybody knows they lack the human caring & respect needed to sustain a civil society or they would of listened to you 20 years ago .
