  1. I do not understand in the state of California, with a govenor, formerly Attorney General, there isn’t more places to turn, I know that Govenor Jerry Brown would not allow all of this crap that has happened to me if he knew the truth, so just what is it that I am missing, and why are we still not holding the banks accountable for their illegal ways in taking back homes? My current residence up for short sell once again? Investors decisions once again, a person told me that I was intitled to a sit down face to face??After dealing with these servicers, that is the first time they have EVER said that in a over two year period!

  2. I own more than one home, one home was trying to get loan adjustment since it increased 400.00, currently injured and on fixed income, loan current, excellent persons renting, then given cash for keys while having surgery? good friend realtor that represents the bank?federal loan? Central Mortgage? since packet? Unable to use hands to complete forms, now afraid too rent, around here peopele move in and quit paying if they think you are working with lender?and no, cash for keys given while you still own home without deficientcys, making it impossible to keep home if limited cash flow? Isn’t this against the law, so if I am upside down it is up to them to make the decision to just take it?
