We can only hope that Steven earns the same reward as that other legal predator, David J. Stern. In foreclosure, bankruptcy, out of business and facing disbarrment and trial.

Couldn’t happen to a nicer pair of scumbags.

LOL!!! Steven Baum…. whoring for the bankstas…who are whoring for the NWO… as well as the U.S. GOVERNMENT and the politiicians who were and are all in on it, they are all traitors…

    • lvent says:

Speaking of whores…BOFA now planning on scaling back fees…that is the direct result of non-cooperation by the people…..Now we need a nationwide property tax revolt and mortgage revolt…..do not do business with the big banks…stop using their credit and debit…….they are stealing from all of us by the way of collecting interest money off of money they never lent….They are committing property tax fraud by overcharging us so they can cover up for all of their fraud and theft and they are forcing us to pay for it…If we don’t pay the property taxes.., the cops don’t get paid..Sad, but true…we all have the power to stop this tyranny from robbing us…make WALL STREET and the CORRUPT POLITICIANS replace all of the missing money…they stole it…

Be careful of what you wish for. The property tax revolt in California destroyed the best public education system in the country.

      • housemanrob says:

…..without jobs?…….what good is an education….especially in this environment!

      • Fury says:

        i agree w/ Caitlin O.
prop 13 destroyed california’s education system.
property tax relief for homeowners and a good education system can co-exist.
