Florida Lawmaker Introduces Bill to Eliminate the Fourth Amendment. Will Legalize Bank Break Ins

Posted by L

This bill is introduced by the same Florida Senator, Michael Bennett, who introduced the 2009 Non-Judicial Fraudclosure Bill that he had the nerve to call the Florida Consumer Protection and Homeowner Credit Rehabilitation Act (more on that here and more ….

ARROGANT SENATOR BENNETT, not even pretending to have concern for those thousands losing their homes in his district! http://ning.it/aO9SLt

For now, Republican Senator Mike Bennett has had to put the bill on hold, because the banks argue the bill is too consumer-friendly.

With eight days left in the legislative session, Bennett says he’s in negotiations to get the bill back on track.

“Obviously, the banks are looking to cut down the amount of loss that they possibly can,” Bennett said. “They don’t want me to make it too easy to protect the consumer.”

Well………he’s baaaaack…This bill could be called the “Fraudclosure Debt Collectors Take Over Local Citizen Supported Law Enforcement Bill.”
